Why would a political commentator think that he has any credibility commenting on global warming?

Besides, the fact that the's looking at the past 1-2 years just shows his ignorance. This is a MACRO problem that looks at models over 20-30 years.

      Global warming is a scheme.

The Gore, "I can't do my own research" congress, shuts out skeptics from debate.  By the way, ever notice how their language changes.  First it was global warming, but now that global warming has been debunked, it is not climate change.

Global warming has not been debunked. The globe is warming. But a much better description of the event is global climate change, since because of the global warming, we're likely to see some hotter spots, some cooler spots, some drier areas, some wetter areas, stronger storms in some areas, etc. The climate is going to change in significant ways in many areas of the world, and that will adversely affect the human populations in those areas where the climate changes! With 6 billion people on the world, we don't have the ability to move around and make the radical changes in food growing, sea levels, etc, that will come from global climate change. Some nations will be able to adapt easily, some nations won't be affected too much at all, and other nations will be devastated by the climate changes in their region.

"I can't do my own research" ... Um, that would be because Gore is a spokeperson for the scientific community, not a friggin scientist, genius.

The concesus on global warming from the scientific community is >90%

Humans emit about 2% of all the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.  It is foolish to say that humans have the power to change climate, for good or for bad.  Like I said before global warming has been debunked, climate change is real, however.  Contrary to liberal beliefs on climate, we have been through warmer temperatures before modern humans even existed. THE CLIMATE FLUCTUATES AND UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE OTHERWISE, YOUR THEORY IS IRRELEVANT.  Besides, this bone-headed polices that would supposedly fight climate change would destroy growth and innovation in this country.

I can listen and read the thousand ot climatologists and see a rare concensis of scientific thought by people qualified to have an opinion on the subject. Or I can look at your uninformed opinion. Guess which I choose?

Fighting something would be a prototypical neocon response. The climate cannot be subdued.

Most innovations brought forward in energy types and systems have not come from the companies that control them. Some of them have been suppressed by those companies. The major growth here is in the size of their profits. The major expense for most american oil companies in the last few years has been in buying back their own stock.

If you have something to support your positions, lets see them.
