Keep it up, Rush the Fathead.
Just don't wander around blaming us when the party you lead goes the way of the Whig party.
And these advanced interrogation techniques are legal as well. They were all approved by Congress. Why is this forgotten? These techniques were approved! And even if it wasn't legal, it's not a moot point because issues like these are up for ongoing debate because they are both viewed differently by different people. Acts that are legal are made to be illegal often. Likewise, illegal acts are reversed and become legal. This happens all the time. And why are we so quick to defend a man who is known to plot attacks against innocent people, and then destroy a fetus?
By your response, you feel all of Congress must hate our troops because they approved the techniques. Why aren't we calling out all of Congress? Also, why did the Japanese use the waterboarding technique?
Memo to Rush: You party is DOA. Congrats.
It is sad to see a few loudmouths drive a national political party into the ground.
Few years ago, the country was evenly split between the two parties, with independents being the deciders.I miss it. Because there always needs to be an alternative. I am neither a Republican or a Democrat. I do not vote on ideology. I vote on the candidates' vision, plan to right whatever is currently wrong.
The Democratic Party is in power right now and the Republican Party is making itself less viable, as an alternative, by the day.
When you are in a hole, you stop digging, but that's what the Republican Party bearers seem intent on doing. By the time they get to the bottom of the hole, they will be left with 5% support.
