      Shouldn't a judge have a better argument than this? The 3/5s of a person thing was in the constitution and thus follows the conservative idea of originalism. And its much easier to prove the personhood of blacks than fertlized eggs.

      Nobody is pro-abortion. But pro-choicers believes that the CHOICE should be out there for every woman.
