Blowhards like Bill-o and Rove have so little class they shouldn't even be allowed to mention Bruce's name.

Geez ... Angry old man alert!!

Of course, the "flawless America" O'Reilly, Beck, Hannity and the rest of the FNC gang are actually referring to is the America with no corporate taxes, no gun laws, approved torture and no women's reproductive rights.

The America with gay rights, women's choice, affirmative action and no torture IS flawed but is not the REAL America. That's more like France, right?

What exactly are reproductive rights and who granted them to you? Is murder a right of passage?

Women have the God-given right to make their own choices about reproduction.

And life does not actually begin at conception as the Catholic church will have you believe.

Once the fetus is able to live outside of the mother's womb, then I'll grant you your fetal rights.

Really? Where did you get that information? Certainly not from the Bible. I'm a woman and I would never proclaim to have the right to take a life. Last I checked murder was illegal. The fetus is able to live outside the womb at very early stages of gestation now. My niece and nephew were born at 20 weeks and are very healthy. So tell me, since your such an authority, when and where do you draw the line? And by the way, your last sentence says "I'll grant you your fetal rights" how incredibly vain of you- I learned that only God is the authority. And what exactly are "fetal rights?" I thought you said they don't have any. You must have meant human rights? Or maybe you don't know what you mean. If you want to learn about human rights why don't you read this: www.theventingpost.com/candidconcepts/106-what-is-a-human-right-and-where-does-it-come-from.html. Or you can remain ignorant.

Oh, ouch! I'm ignorant? Listen, banana, my opinion makes no difference here. My own opinion is that abortion after 1st trimester should not be allowed unless to protect the life of the mother, incest or rape.

Yet the U.S. Supreme Court and all the millions of people who also believe that abortion should be legal must be ignorant in your opinion, then, is that it?

Yes. When I use the term ignorant I mean it as a selective state of mind that one chooses to remain in as a matter of convenience. We are the "quick fix" generation in that we believe if we get rid of the problem it will just go away but we are not considering the detrimental mental & emotional effects it has on a mother. And we are not just talking about the first trimester. This current administration's view on partial-birth abortion goes way past the first trimester. There are situations where nurses are left holding aborted babies that are still alive and breathing but are ordered "do not resuscitate." Any decent human being would consider that infanticide. We have such medical advances now that one cannot deny upon looking into the eyes of a baby, hearing and seeing the heartbeat at one month, that it is very much a life. An abortion abruptly stops the natural progression and development of human life. Check this out:
                http://www.nrlc.org/abortion/pba/pbacampaign.html

Mrs. Stanek, who testified in front of the Subcommittee on the Constitution during its hearing on H.R. 4292 and H.R. 2175, testified regarding numerous live-birth abortions that she alleges have occurred at Christ Hospital. The first she described as follows:

"One night, a nursing co-worker was taking an aborted Down’s Syndrome baby who was born alive to our Soiled Utility Room because his parents did not want to hold him, and she did not have time to hold him. I could not bear the thought of this suffering child dying alone in a
Soiled Utility Room, so I cradled and rocked him for the 45 minutes that he lived. He was 21 to 22 weeks old, weighed about 1⁄2pound, and was about 10 inches long. He was too weak to move very much, expending any energy he had trying to breathe. Toward the end he was so quiet
that I couldn’t tell if he was still alive unless I held him up to the light to see if his heart was still beating through his chest wall. After he was pronounced dead, we folded his little arms across his chest, wrapped him in a tiny shroud, and carried him to the hospital morgue where all of our dead patients are taken."

Yes we freed billions of people around he world while nearly killing a whole ethnic group and oppressing our own people under cloak and dagger....no I'm not just talking about minorities but even poor whites.

How is Bruce Springsteen the loudest democratic voice? Are you insane? Bill "Define" America? Also, now Bill expects all his viewers to know about the lyrics of Pete Seeger? He wrote about social injustice, the environment, and the civil rights.

This shows that Springsteen knows what hes talking about because America wants to sweep slavery and jim crow laws under the rug. We have swept the story of the Native Americans under the rug when we forget that most Americans come an immigrant who came to this country. We act like it never happened and that we still are not effected by the hate and influences. Illustrated by fox news that the phrase I heard is true. "jim crow is gone but we still have his brother billy". there may not be signs up like there use to be but many places secretly keep minorities out and try to stamp out their rich heritage.

If I go to a Jewish man and tell him to shut up and suck it up about the Holocaust plus we would probably be fighting....how is that not different from the same thing we do to Blacks and Native Americans

Also I've been looking at the so called liberal media, everything except fox, and haven't seen a democrat echo whatever Bruce Springsteen says like the Republicans do with Rush Limbaugh.....I'm still waiting for someone to apologize to him for calling him just a singer.

To get fully back on point, it's hard to take the high ground and stand up for America when you only stand for big business and torture to save physical America but kill it's ideals and honor.

Democrats didn't demonize the Republicans...Republicans painted themselves into a corner with their actions and words

If America isn't flawed that means that it's perfect...then we can't truly exist because only God is perfect...do you think America is God?

Torture? What do you call partial-birth abortion? Your lying to yourself if you think the GOP likes to torture innocent people. Maybe it's to protect it's own citizens from terrorism... And why is Obama putting us into debt to save big businesses that don't deserve it? What a walking contradiction he is.

You know what MMA missed about this clip? About 2:05 Mr. O'Reilly says that Democrats have successfully demonized Republicans as bigoted nay-sayers.

One wishes that O'Reilly were self-aware enough to see how easy it's been.

Also, I can see the little thought-bubbles over Rove's head: "How much more time will I have to spend with this guy in the next 8 years?"

Does this guy only play stupid or has he finally drunk his own koolaid?
He's irrelevant. His audience's average age is over 60, which is exactly what has happened to the GOP: by catering exactly to a narrow audience they ensured their fidelity but turned off a whole generation.

Of course the usual wingnut swill. They have the exclusive right to define what America is and say that it can't be criticized. Here is a hint, Bill. Pete Seger is 90 and lived through all of that make believe stuff like segregation, Vietnam and the last time the Republicans crashed the stock market.

O'Reilly's lack of respect for American legend Pete Seeger says it all. That he can dismiss him as a "left-wing singer" demonstrates O'Reilly's myopic existence.
