MILLIGAN: "It's hard to know what's right about that book. I mean, frankly, as a piece of journalism, it's pretty iffy. There isn't a single named source for some of these kinds of comments and even the stuff that's very easy to confirm, he quotes other news organizations. He didn't seem to do any original reporting on that."
