      He makes a pretty good point. The Republican party that still had room for Colin Powell actually had a prayer of remaining relevant. As things are devolving, they are quickly becoming the party of rich white Southern racist Evangelical nutbags.

      But, you never know.... another terrorist attack could make them seem appealing again to the uninformed.
