My feeling exactly. And he didn't even have to explain anything... she did it for him by saying the COMPANY he ran pleaded guilty, not Scott himself. So of course he could give the canned response he gave to her 'hard' question.

Fox was trying to be clever with this but as usual they failed. We have to look deeper when Fox pulls this crap and not assume so quickly that they are doing any 180s.

"Universal Healthcare systems always end up rationing care"

Okay. So, what do you call it when 15 or 20% of us can't get health care because we can't afford it? Why isn't that "rationing"?

Oh, I know, because rich people can buy whatever they want, so it's "free market forces", not rationing.

Yeah, that's a much better system.

People like Scott don't give a rat's a$$ about "patient choice"... they're trying to protect their obscene profits. Nothing more, nothing less.

apparently she does. lol... this is enough of an outlet for her. shes really annoying, so the more opportunities they give her, the more she'll stick her foot in her mouth.

Good on her for behaving like a real journalist! She'd better watch her back, though; FOX can't afford much of that, or it will lose its core audience.

I never watch Fox News, except for clips like this but is Megan Kelly(do I have that right?) smarter than the people she is working for? Every time I see her, her knowledge of the law and the questions she asks seem to be superior to the agenda that Fox pushes. It's just my small impression, so I could be way off. Anyone?

yes, ill agree she is much smarter than her fox news colleagues, but has spewed lies and falsehoods many times that fit the typical fox news agenda. so its hard to tell what shes going to do or say, but its usually what old man murdoch wants.

Another example of that fair and balanced coverage that we hear so much about. I guess the high ratings are justified after all. And tonight O'Reilly stuck up for Obama against the opinion of a PHD in International Relations.

      This was a CHALLENGE?

If she was half as aggressive to Scott as she was to the ACORN rep she tried to eat through the camera, he would've crapped his pants. He wouldn't have ever gotten a chance to peddle any of this garbage.

This was NOT tough journalism. This was a farce.

And he rather woefully misrepresented the hurricane insurance situation in Florida.

If this is the key opponent to health care reform (a guy who committed fraud and admitted it), then reform is in the bag.
