        And the Presidency. Three times. (George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush x 2. Powell was part of those administrations.)

      I remember the party and administrations that Powell was a member of being affective at winning elections for years. The party that Rush wants to keep in tact now is the one that keeps getting electorally shellacked.
