    ...Who won control of congress... f'ed it all up, but managed to secure just enough Supreme Court control to ensure the next White House... then f'ed THAT up, and now... HAVEN'T WON ANYTHING.

  I remember the party and administrations that Powell was a member of being affective at winning elections for years. The party that Rush wants to keep in tact now is the one that keeps getting electorally shellacked.
