Scarborough: "You've got a liberal president who's been governing liberally selecting a very liberal candidate"

I heard this one a few years back: ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES. Bush was a conservative who goverened as a conservative(though they don't want to claim so) and nominated two very conservative justices. Joe really knows how to sum it all up. I guess that is why he gets paid the big bucks.

I don't understand why right wingers even care. Souter's a liberal, Sotomayor's a liberal. It's not changing the dynamics of the court at all.

I guess the real test would be if she could get confirmed by a very Republican senate. Oh wait... the GOP lost the senate. Poor Joe---all he can do now is state the obvious. Better get back on the Nancy train.

Well let's see, when Obama did't release the pictures or truly shut down gitmo he was a realist at the center of things. Now he a left wing liberal because he picked a woman with empathy. Joe claims be bipartisan he's not, because one minute the president is center right and he agress with the president. But now a woman with empathy on the supreme court: liberal , extreme liberal. Joe is a lawyer right, but he supports torture. thats all have to say about joe.

I've been very critical of the MJ crew these past few months over just about every substantive issue. However, I give Joe a complete pass on this one. He is just stating his opinion about Obama and Sotomayor and he is right that she will be-- in fact she has been-- "classified" as the most liberal of the four. He is not saying that she should be disqualified b/c she is a liberal.
