But, you're probably correct. They'll just latch onto this to harp about until after she's confirmed.
This latest offense is not surprising. King is just getting started. For the foreseeable future, we will likely more of the same: unchallenged dubious claims and one-sided smears from conservative interest groups, Huckabee GOPS and other memes right out of the GOP playbook. Don't disappoint us John. Rush and Cheney will be monitoring you, making sure u fall in line.
Also interesting is how you fail to point out how the author talks about the far left doing this as well as the right, and how he condems what happened to Roberts and Alito.
Also, you call out Snoop for not noting that it talks about the far left, and yet, he posted the article. And it's not the far right doing this, it's ALL of the right wingers. See the difference? Yeah, probably not.

So it seems that Alito got less democratic votes, but still got some, and Roberts got a vast majority of democratic votes. So yes, token resistance, in other words, symbolic resistance to Bush's Alito nomination, and as I mentioned before, he was still confirmed pretty easily.
