Obama should have nominated someone with "judicial muscle" and is "intelligent" like, say.....Harriet Miers.

I don't see why this is important. I wouldn't consider this 'conservative misinformation'.

The guy is just citing the New Republic article that has been forcefully debunked as a hit job. Harris (who the hell is he anyway?) has apparently not done his homework. Apparently, he has not read the NYT or Wapo article, among others, that have countered these claims.

Great job, CNN. Real insightful stuff there. At least have an intern vet ur guests and check the intellectual prowess of ur anchors if u are going to pretend that they have an inking of what they are talking about. Being able to form a sentence does not a dialogue make.

Can they come up with a test to determine if news anchors and pundits are intelligent enough to be on tv?
