Sessions, who is ranking member on the Senate Judiciary Committee, also states "I'm not sure I can articulate" the difference between "what you look for for the United States Supreme Court as opposed to the United States Court of Appeals".

      Which is essentially saying that he's either stupid or a liar or simply a politician, or perhaps all of the above... I figure he's not all of the above, but just two out of three.

      “She does have to answer some questions and we should not confirm somebody to the Supreme Court that will allow political, personal or emotional issues to influence the decision making,” ranking Judiciary Committee Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) quipped Wednesday on MSBNC. “This is the Supreme Court of the United States. It sets the law for America.”
