I will agree she should have added comment to the case. The lack of comment by all three judges is what makes this an issue. But upholding title VII is not racist. I do feel for the dyslexic white fireman who feels cheated, I know it's much more work for him. I think this is one of those lose/lose cases though, no matter what the ruling someone is gonna feel cheated. I wouldn't be surprised though to find out some right wing group pushed it in an effort to damage title VII.

Here, once again, the brilliance of "FIX" news.
They have one(1) liberal commentator and two(2) conservative commentators. This gives any idiot that is watching (and if you are watching this channel then you are already classified an idiot) that the majority panel, which is designed to push conservative/right-wing talking points, the representation of the majority of what Americans should think. This is propaganda at it's highest form.

Did I hear that correctly? Americans want a judge who will "check" the President? LOL...what an idiot this guy is.

Funny how they didn't want any "checks and balances" on the last President.

Besides, the ability of the Supreme Court to "check" the President is limited, especially on matters of spending. That function lies primarily within the Legislative branch.

      From the Republican Dictionary:
