I say Beck should go ahead, show how much 'guts' he has, and refuse to pay a penny.

That way, maybe he can spend a year or so off the air while showing his 'guts' in jail.

Go Beck! Tell all Republicans to show how gutsy they are!

Conservatives often use this "nudge, nudge, wink, wink" approach so they can make a controversial point without the controversy.

If Beck wants to be Howard Beale, fine with me.
Remember, he was killed BY HIS OWN BOSSES at the end of the movie.

And then Beck will get a posthumous Oscar.
Of course, that could also mean he's the Joker.

Good luck with that, Glennda. No, you aren't completely fully of crap. We'll put that at the top of our list of priorities, with "GOING GALT!!!1!!" and finding Barack Obama's super-sekrit Kenyonesian birth certiffy-cate.

Income tax evasion today, perhaps real treason tomorrow. This man has dangerous ideas that undermine the country. If anyone listens, we are in trouble. As a liberal, I have been called un-American more times than I can count, but I always pay my taxes, and when I didn't like where the Bush Adminstration was going, I made it clear, but I never said we should get rid of them before the legally constituted election time. He is scary.
