This is a small thing in the scheme of things, but it is really insulting to the President. Too bad she likely doesn't feel any shame.

I love how Skalka keeps trying to mock the President as "trying to act like a common man."

Weren't these the same idiots who tried to sell Bush as "the kind of guy you'd like to have a beer at a barbecue with"?

Is this Skalka a parrot repeating laura ingram from fox with the ketchup on burger crap. What a stupid waste of airtime....I'd expect it on fox not msnbc.

And what the hell does this Skalka lady know about the common man? Last time I checked, it was Obama who spent his years working with poor people in the South Side of Chicago. Last time I checked, it was Obama who just managed pay off his student loans in 2007. This entire "elitist" rubbish is quite rich (pun intended), coming from Washington DC's journalist class.

Oh...and by the way, President Obama said he would check out Five Guys after Michelle Obama went there and had a great burger.

well, a fine example of a " stupid blonde ". No intellectual spark generated by her comments. I bet you pres Obama would come to a bbq at my house should i invite him. And he is invited. And I can discuss local food bank issues as well as the North Korea threat to stability, something I don't expect from this laughing hyena dimwit.

Obama is never going to live down the Dijon mustard flap. However, I am a ketchup on my burger person myself, but I tried Dijon mustard on my burger. It was great! I may never go back to ketchup.

BTW: Dijon mustard makes a fantastic vinigrette.

Got a name brand? I still have a few Dell connections down in the Brazil plant. I might be able to get them to bring a jar or four next time they visit Austin.

No but it was not a hot mustard. That would be a great thing.

A nice hot Dijon mustard is wonderful on burgers. Well, anything hot that burns the ears. Makes it easier to listen to this punditry.

I put mustard on my hamburger!

I can't believe you played the Dijongate card again, babe. Show us what you have for dinner, sweetheart, and we'll dash your little agenda with your own elitist choice for condiments.

This mustardedness, I don't get it... who cares? Growing up in Germany, I didn't know any other way to eat a burger. They couldn't understand people putting ketchup on one!

Arugula would probably be awesome on a burger, too... mmmmmmm.....

True. I'm an American, though, and I just thought it was weird how the media went berserk over this. The little things little people focus on, it boggles the mind.

And when did arugula become an elite vegetable?

The last time the country had one of those, it was Ronald Reagan.
