Gillespie disagrees with conservatives who call Sotomayor "racist," then has false claim corrected by Stephanopoulos

      Notice however Gillespie's LIE is politely "corrected," and then the panel quickly moves on as if nothing just happened. Gillespie had to know that that particular talking point was false, and that there was nothing unusual about the actual stat of 3 out of 6 cases overturned, but he was there to bleat it anyway, expecting that no one would call him out on it. Stephanopolous was almost APOLOGETIC in pointing out the "mistake," as if it's not his job to point out when one of his guests is LYING.

        It's important to remember that Sotomayor's actual overturn rate, when all of her decisions are taken into account, is less than 1%.
