What I mean is, and someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I've noticed a disturbing tendency of those on the Right to indulge in mindreading. Here Buchanan says what Ms. Sotomayor "believes," even though she's never verbalized that belief.
I saw the same distressing tendency in Tommy for years. Nowadays "fairliberal" is the most egregious offender.
It just seems to me that if you deal with facts, you don't need to pretend to know what the other side believes.
Recently, you said the Judge Sotormayor has a long record of discriminating against the white man.
Prove it.
Put up, or STFU!

is that because THEY would discriminate, how is it possible that someone who is NOT like them would NOT discriminate? In their minds it's inconceivable that Sotomayor wouldn't discriminate.
They are literally projecting their prejudices.
(full disclosure, I'm an old white guy on the left)
Should all judges rule in what Patty boy constitutes as justice?
Or when Sotomayor ruled in favor of a white NYPD officer's racist speech?
