Wow, that was painful to listen to. When we thought Faux and Friends couldn't be any more embarrassing, well, they sink to a new low. "Useful Idiots" is the only thing that comes to mind watching these teabaggers.

I've always considered F&F the "Sesame Street" of news. Its insulting- their delivery of the news is as if they are talking to pre-schoolers.

A little deficient in your historical (or is that hysterical?) terms there, harley. "Useful Idiots" is a phrase that came from the Soviets, (Kruschev actually) to refer to people liek yoruself on the left who will undermine America, and promote a quasi-communist/socialist agenda on their behalf all by themselves. And co-opting the word "tea-baggers" in a perjorative sense is getting old. Can you change or do you all think with the same prhaseology the kool-aid imparts to you? The Helstrom Chronicles come to mind every time I visit here and read the rantings of the sycophants.

The last time any of these boobs came close to meeting royalty was when they went to Burger King.

Oh, and shutterbug? Always nice to hear from the 1950s, Richie and Joanie.

Yes ... and in the small, tiny little world that Fox & Friends live in, that IS the MOST important aspect of a presidential trip!

Just like what gifts Obama gives other heads of state is also the most important aspect to ANY diplomacy, as far as Fox-land is concerned.

jbrantow, I would like to take this opportunity to defend the Fox and Friends crew. I would, I really would, honest, I'd like to,(still stalling for time) I would...but I also wanted to hit the Powerball for $230 million. I didn't hit it and I really can't think of how to defend the Wit family of Fox and Friends..Dim, Nit and Half.
        I'll keep thinking ...

How 'bout the fact that they give the audience what they want, and not more than they can handle. Surely there's some virtue in that...if you keep your standards not too high.

The only reason anyone ever watches Gretchen Carlson is anticipating when she will generate another "Sharon Stone Moment" and flash the camera crew.

Other than that, Fox and Fools are just another waste of commercial broadbandwidth.

The most important moment of the meeting? Carlson has an infantile understanding of diplomacy.

So the most important moment of Dumbya's meeting with the Saudi king was when he kissed him on both cheeks and held his hand while walking with him?

Not that there's anything wrong with that...

I wonder if Fox News thinks the Bush Administration authorized Saudi flight out of Florida on Sept. 13th, 2001 was sort of an important moment in establishing the Bush-Saudi-Al Qaeda connection...

PS: I also wonder what Carlson thinks of the Fox News local affiliate in Fresno giving credence to the notion that we have not been told the truth by our government or our media about what happened on 9/11:

PPS: I wonder if Gretchen Carlson thinks the Fresno Fox News clip that shows that Tower 7 was taken down on 9/11 by what appears to be a controlled demolition, which occurred two days before the US government airlifted Bush's Saudi friends out of Florida in order to cover up their involvement in the attacks, is only slightly less important than Obama's greeting of the Saudi King?

The POTUS shouldn't bow to another head of state

He should throw up on them, like Shrub did in Japan.

My knowledge of protocal is not vast, however, I am sure that as American citizens and not subjects, we are not expected to bow. A polite handshake is all that is required. However, many American citizens have bowed or curtsied to royalty out of respect for the office.

No one made a comment when Nancy Reagan curtsied to Queen Elizabeth, and Prince Charles. I didn't like it, but I understood why she did it.

Regarding Fox and Friends: Keith Olbermann said it best: "It is amazing that these people can find their office."

      Gretchen is a tool.
