On Hannity, Limbaugh says "I don't hide from it, I do want and I still want Obama to fail"

      "I define USA succeeding by virtue of Obama failing".
      This is, of course, all retroactive. At the time, he quite clearly meant he was perfectly okay with his country failing if it meant the object of his wrath (and poorly-concealed crush) failed too. This fat egomaniac defines "real America" according to how effectively they kowtow to him.

      I'd like to know specifically what you all would like President Obama to succeed at, and at what cost you are willing to pay for that success.

      I want the United States to succeed. If that requires President Obama's agendas to fail, then so be it. If that required President Bush's agendas to fail, then so be it.

      I think the majority of the country supported the Iraq war when it began. I don't know what was in President Bush's mind, but I personally do not doubt his motives. In hindsight, I would rather have continued pursuing diplomatic alternatives, but I'm not going to second-guess the decision at the time. I certainly do not want our progress in Iraq to fail now.

      I am more concerned with the federalization of our country President Obama seems to be pursuing. Any agenda of President Obama's that limits the rights of the states is one that I hope fails. I don't know what is in President Obama's mind, and I personally do not doubt his motives. I simply do not agree with his vision of what the United States should be.

        Why be confused if there is no cause to be? There is no mystery here. Obama is only trying to carry out the things he campaigned on. You are allowing yourself to be influence by those who have a problem with a black man in the oval office. Remember the voters overwhelmingly rejected the stupid ideas and failed policies Hannity, Rush, McCain, Republicans and conservatives embraced and wish to continue. So far Obama has been true to his word and a superior President, while conducting himself as a responsible adult.. Republicans, who claim to put country first, is out to discredit or sabotage Obama's Presidency fearing his success would render the Republican Party obsolete. Fear is why Republicans can not control themselves, even though they had their turn in office. They are willing to opposed or reject any and everything Obama does. Does that sound like someone who would put the country first? Don’t be fooled by the envious bigots who want the President to fail, in order to regain the power they abused during their time in office.

        Obama's policies will be in place, so if his policies fail, then America will fail, so it's a false option to claim that Obama's policies can fail and America can still succeed.

      Obama is his policies. We don't expect that when Limbaugh says he wants Obama to fail that he's talking about his body giving out! So it's Obama's policies that are the relevant thing to talk about here.

      Obama's policies are going to hold sway here in the USA for a while.

      If his policies fail, America will fail.

      So, Limbaugh wants America to fail just so that he can be proven right about how bad Obama is.

      If you don't want America to fail, you hope that Obama's (or any President's) policies succeed.

        I have never in my life seem News shows attack a sitting President on a daily basis like what is happening now. It is unbelievable and shameful, because these same News Networks gave former President Bush an eight (8) year pass. This is nothing more then the Dred Scott dilemmas. To Hannity, Rush and other infidels, there is nothing Obama can do that is right in their eyes and like the Dred Scott court decision, "a black man has no rights a white man is bound to respect".
