Morris conspiracy theory: Recovery Act "designed to increase government spending and the recession was the excuse"

"You're just attacking O'Reilly because you're partisan...the fact that he was surprised that black people can act like civilized people in a public place is just an excuse!"
Well, the Iraq War was designed to drain the treasury and put tons of money in the pockets of Bush/Cheney's rich buddies.
So, there.
And Morris also predicted that McGrampa would win the White House and the GOP would regain the majority in 2008. A job well done.
That is the first symptom on conservatism.
Also, given that all the predictions are for an anemic recovery (1% growth), the increase in government spending would be justified even if the recession is (technically) over by 2010 (no sure thing BTW).
Morris' comments are psychologically interesting--- when speaking to the closed minded, you don't really need to make sense (let alone be correct) to find an audience.
