Williams is really giving the reich wing a run for their money. I hope he keeps up with the research, because he's really looking like a true journalist in a sea of parasites. It's refreshing to see someone try again.

Maybe some of the mainstream newscasters are getting tired of the embarrassment of being scooped by a superior news organization:

Oh... Speaking of the Daily/Colbert, Stephen is in Iraq.
        Great first show.

I missed the first one, but saw the show last night. Colbert is a comic genius. The best part is that a lot of conservatives don't know that he's making fun of them.

He just wanted an excuse to say "intellectual nonsense and stunningly dangerous" - when he uses phrases like that he gives the Republicans false hope that they may yet find someone who understands big words. I am only half kidding - it is a common ploy that he has used many times to convince people that he is an intellectual giant - Bill O uses the same gambit.

Good to see that Williams isn't letting it slide - The Pres must have taken him aside and explained the role of the press in a free society.

This has to send shivers down the Repub spine(less). Once GE starts letting their millionaires mouthpieces break bad on them, what outlet will they have? Fox, Drudge, Politico, Wash Times, Post, etc.

But this doesn't matter because Bryan Williams works for NBC, the LIBRUL news network that got Obama elected which means that anything coming from them, no matter how factual it is, is COMPLETELY invalid.

I know! Kennedy very famously said he was [a citizen of] Berlin! (Or that he was a jelly donut, depending on the translation.)

I'd say Gingrich is an idiot, but the real idiots are the ones tat are buying his nonsense.

I applaud Jennings for this. I hope there's more to come.

See, this is why the Republicans invested so much time and money perpetuating the myth that the Mainstream Media has a liberal bias. When a serious newsperson like Jennings nails them, they just point at their own propaganda and say "See? You can't believe Jennings because he is a liberal!"

This technique has kept journalists cowed for years... but maybe this is a sign that they'll grow a spine and do their jobs now.

This man was remarkable during his coverage of the President and the White House recently. He is humble, worthy, poised and intellectual. He is also observant, critical and detail oriented. Overall a great journalist! Job well done and objective! Great Job! Great Journalist!

You know what, all of these Presidents who made right with policies in the country and defeated the racist practices that the Reps are pushing in rhetoric and inflammatory remarks were allowed to be assassinated or hurt. Is this the m o of the parties when there is desention? Check history and see what has happened to other Presidents when the Reps rant. Straight UP! History is hind sight 20/20. Do some research and see what has happened in the past with all of those presidents forementioned and the way their security failed them from the inside. I would hope the Reps know that the world is watching and should not repeat history here. This would prove to America that democracy is manipulated and threatened and that they are hostage in this land when they oppose or disagree with the GOP!

      Let's GO!

Don't take my word for it..............look into it. At the height of the rhetoric you need to be ever mindful of the danger.
