      Well, I guess the alternative would be to just let all of the dealerships die a lingering death along with the parent company.

      Then they could all draw unemployment, which would also make this douchebag's head explode.

      Beck is an idiot.

      I wonder if Beck realizes that Niemoller quote he keeps disgracefully invoking contains references to socialists and political liberals. You know, the people Beck always has a kind word for.

      Wait, I thought conservatives loved big business? And Glenny, please, please stop misquoting that beautiful poem.

        If he quoted it accurately, he'd have to note that it mentions the Nazis taking away the communists and the trade unionists. He can't have his ignorant listeners hearing that, especially since he's attacking the unions in this very clip.

        Although there are some varients of the poem about, its originator Pastor Niemoller said that it was...

        "In Germany, they came first for the Communists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist;
        And then they came for the trade unionists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist;
        And then they came for the Jews, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew;
        And then... they came for me... And by that time there was no one left to speak up."

        Of course Beck also erroneously conflates a combination of corporations + government + trade unions as fascism, conveniently omitting the fact that one of Hitler's first acts in power was to disband the unions.

      Glenn Beck, America's premier alarmist pant wetter, has run out of lines and is now having to recycle and reapply them to whatever the latest paranoia of the day is.

      He used the same "they're coming for you" crap when he was talking about surging gun sales.

      Good to see Glenn doing his part to maintain the delicate ceasefire between gun-toting extremist rightwingers and "they who are coming for them."

      I'm hoping that at some point someone comes for this clown and that they bring him a white jacket with long sleeves.

      Wait a frigging minute, didn't free market capitalism start this house of cards called Chrysler into the dumper? So the closing under a re-org is akin to Nazi's. These guys make no frigging sense and they answer to no one. They are freaky chickens.
