Shep, pack your bags and get the hell out of Fox. You are way too sane for that zoo.

Well, if Shep had any self-respect - not saying he doesn't - then he would gladly take the pink slip. MSNBC could find a good spot for him.

Just heard one of the guards has died. Good God... what the HELL is going on in this country?!

Very plausible. This guy sounds like someone who would drool over 'Hannity's America'. That, and Sean's ties with the odious Hal Turner, who is as insane as von Brunn, make it almost a certainty from where the influence came.

What's going on is the reichwing is projecting again. To them, walking into a museum or church and killing someone for merely being liberal is equivelant to saying rightwing republicans are crooks and liars.

Breaking News! Terrorist group of 1, led by 89 year old great grandpa strikes terror in hearts of the America.

Civil war has erupted in America, with heaviest fighting taking place in the nation's capital. The terrorist assault is thought to have been contained, however hundreds of thousands of liberal refugees continue to stream out of this war torn capital city. City hospitals are operating at emergency capacity levels, with many leftest refugees being treated for severe anxiety and fear attacks.

The U.S Terrorist Strike Force remains on high alert and a curfew and martial law is expected to be imposed on the city.

        You're so witty.

It's understandable you want to distance yourself from the preponderance of violent thugs in the Republican Party, but it's been the Republicans who have courted the anti-government gun fetishists and religious zealots. It is the right that has deemed violent action as acceptable political speech everytime they marginalize political killings with glib humor.

You're projecting. That is the response that we would have had from the Cheney/Bush regime. Don't assume that normal people think like you.

You also seem to have forgotten that the reichwingers struck in Wichita just recently and have threatened on numerous occasions. The Secret Service has a to-do list a mile and a half long. It's to the point that the guy in Utah is considered routine.

I get cnn, msbnc and foxnews on my cable. For some reason, I can only get CNN and Fox News on my non-digital tvs.
Usually I am in my garage between 7-8PM, and my choices are Dobbs and Smith.
Dobbs is nothing more than a OReilly-wannabe.So, I watch more Smith than Dobbs.
He mostly repeats Fox News (Republican) talking points but is occasionally genuine.

As much as I've seen on Fox through Olbermann or Huffington Post, I've seen that Shepard Smith is probably the most open-minded, "left-leaning" on that news channel. I don't think it will be much longer when we no don't see Smith on Fixed News. Maybe MSNBC will have an opening soon and replace Joe in the morning. I'd actually start watching MSNBC in the morning again.
