You should also do that while watching the Republican Convention in 2004. Drink everytime you hear "9/11".
I think he needed the teleprompter to say that.
Did you see him almost cough through that speech?
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
Pathetic.
You see, we can only judge people by their words and actions. So far, i am much more impressed with our president's words and actions than i am by Liz Cheney's - we have more proof that comes to us every day - but, rather than admit that she is a liar, you have to make some infantile conjecture about the duly elected president of our great country?
What kind of credibility should we give to you when you are so far in denial that you would rather guess about what is someone's head than speak about what one of your heroes has actually said. She either never paid much attention to what President Obama said, or she just chose to lie about it - those are the only two choices. (Well, I'll grant one more choice: someone else writes her talking points for her.)
CNN and the traditional 3 networks sell add space. There is no incentive in going after the right, that might cost viewers. If you get "both sides" on, everybody has something to yell at. And you don't look "liberal" to boot.
It's the dumbing down, weeehaaaa superficial treatment of the issues that bothers me most. The anchors are dumber than the average viewer.
PBS ... BBC....CBC... they rock.
