But Dumbya's wiretapping without warrants was perfectly fine with him.

But it's OK for the previous admin to tap your phone with no judicial or congressional oversight.

And for the record this survey could not possibly have been developed in the 5 months since Obama took office so it may be by the same folks who brought us warrentless wire tapping (although it could go back further.)

Glennn is becoming increasing ugly in both his demeanor and attitudes toward the government. The smiling and sarcasm are hiding less and less of his malicious intensions. When will his particular form of passive-aggressive anarchism cross over to flat out treason? That he has any appeal to even the most fringe element frightens me to no end.

I noticed that back in May, 2009 in his interview with Georgian President Saakashvili. I also asked the same question about treason.

I just like how Beck looks even dumber than usual in the pic above.

At first I thought it was a shot of Jiminy Glick and Tina Fey.

FOTFL...thanks Victor I needed a good laugh before turning in. Your comment reminds me of years ago after a commercial for a Glick show my friend said "I do not understand why anyone would go on that guys show he's so icky." She honestly thought it was an add for a real talk show host. but then it's hard to believe Beck is for real.

I think it captures his personality quite well.

Maybe Olbermann will start using that photo when Beck appears in his WPITW segment.

Would this be the same survey that, with minor modifications, has been sent out every year since 1996?

Yeah. Interesting. I confess I'd not heard of this thing but I looked at the Census Bureau website and there's all kinds of data about the 2007 Community Survey. Why weren't they complaining then?

Is there somewhere that says you have to COMPLETE this survey? I'm pretty sure it's a voluntary thing, as in, you don't have to do it. So I'm not sure how Beck comes about with the non Constitutional part of things.

Not only is everything Becky Dull dislikes "fascism", everything that confuses him is "unconstitutional".

Reich-wingers continue to lose grasp of reality and basically claim anything they don't like is "unconstitutional". Their sad and pathetic notion that something is "unconstitutional" is based on the fact that it doesn't appear word-for-word in the Constitution it must be "unconstitutional".

If you ever want a chuckle, listen to Mike Church in the mornings. He brags about carrying a pocket version of the Constitutional with him at all times. When the Dems do something he doesn't like (which is everything) he "pulls out" his pocket version to see if it is "Constitutional". I wish I were joking.

If Larry Craig taught us anything, it's that Republicans are all about pulling out their pocket versions.

How dare the government put out a survey to get a better idea of where to spend our tax dollars! They should just spend based on guesses and blind faith! And how dare they ask private questions about my toilet! Oh come on, those questions he mentioned are far from being intrusive. And did he ever consider that the reason the government would impose that $5,000 fine is because otherwise the survey participants would likely have little willingness to complete it on time, or at all, leading to less than 100% return, and therefore greatly diminishing the effectiveness and representativeness of the survey? If he were to receive one, I would like to intercept Glenn Beck's community survey and add three questions we could benefit knowing the answers to: "Why is everything a government conspiracy to you?", "Is it possible for you to go one segment without mentioning ACORN?", and "How are you capable of contorting into all those stupid and annoying facial expressions?"
