Dang, do I have to listen? ;-) No JJ, there, there........It'll be alright. The bad man just spreads poison like diabolism. It'll rot your brain youngin'. Be pure in the world and eschew the deciever who seeks to spread poison.

Ah, Snoopy. You're such a good friend. Thanks. I just can't stand that man. And his presence is too ubiquitous here for my mental and emotional health ;-)

OT, but did you see that the president of TAMU resigned today? A forced resignation of their 1st hispanic woman president by the board of regents doesn't bode well for a conservative school who suffers from lack of diversity in its upper ranks. Buchannon may approve though...

What's going on there with all the turnover? Do you know?

Basically, the many of the current board of regents were influenced or picked by Perry, and Murano had the nerve to speak out against a few of Perry's plans for TAMU bonuses and a few other Perry pushed ideas. TAMU is a bastion of conservative "do as I command and not as I do" think, so no surprise there.

      ANYONE:

At the VERY beginning of the clip, if you look closely at the news scroll at the bottom of the screen, it is halfway through citing a statistic and it reads (from memory): (BLANK) OF REPUBS IDENTIFY AS LIBERALS.

The clip begins just AFTER the scroll would have read whatever % of Republicans they found that identify as liberal. Did anyone see this, and know what the percentage was? Or is anyone at least familiar with a recent poll that asked that question, and where they might be drawing it from?

      I'm very curious. Thanks.

I wish she was a little more specific about why she doesn't consider herself as a democrat anymore.

i checked out her site msplaceddemocrat.com. very likely her switch had something to do with Obama. she doen't seem to be terribly wacko, just very misinformed. After checking comments on her blogs, it is fair to say that haters frequent her site.
