Jeeez...have we ever had a President with so many secrets? Maybe these right wing people have watched too much of Jerry Springer...

I'd bet that her own mother did some damage in raising her daughter as well. Otherwise how can she be so bitter and nasty as she is.

Now if it was letterman saying that about Obama's mamma they'd call off the hit squads and hold a rally of support.

Yeah, and I am sure Tammy Bruce will tell you how OUTRAGED she was that someone like Dave Letterman had the gall to crack a joke about Palin's family

Yes...and in the Sarah Palin incident, Letterman was making a joke that was not intended to be taken literally. In this instance, Tammy Bruce is accusing Barack Obama's mother of, literally, wanting harm to come to this nation. Letterman's joke was intended to poke fun. Bruce's comments are intended to accuse someone of, essentially, treason.

I'm still trying to figure that one out. Dave makes a joke about a girl who really did get knocked up, Palin calls him a child molestor and he apologizes.

I may be paranoid, but I think the right wants to destroy the country in order to save it. The only chance we have at this time is for the President to succeed. If he fails, the country fails.

That's a chance they're willing to take. What they don't take into account is the suffering that will ensue throughout the nation as it falls apart.

I share your paranoia. Democrats have been given a golden opportunity, and they're blowing it. If the Troglodytes take over again, I don't think they'll be so easily dislodged next time.

Correction......WHEN the Troglodytes take over again. The 2010 congressional election won't have the brain-dead Obamabot zombie vote. You know, the people that had never voted before in their lives, and now that "history" has been made, will go back home and never vote again.

Yeah, Obama motivated people to vote for Obama, NOT democrats. Those morons aren't motivated anymore, primarily because they have no idea that Congress even exists.

Take a look at WHO'S MOTIVATED NOW.....2010 will be painful for Obama and he knows it. Why else do you think he's pushing through as much as he can as quick as he can?? Because it won't last.

I think their motivation is even more sinister than that. I think they want this president to fail, so that THEIR president looks good by comparison (hey - you might think OUR guy was bad, but look what THIS guy did...).

I believe that they are so focused on that goal that they do not care that if Obama fails the country is most likely goes with him. Right-wingers are so self-centered that they are incapable of big-picture thinking.

You may be right. Also, I think a lot of the people driving this rhetoric are simply so well off financially that they know they can weather any recession or even a depression. They bamboozle their knuckledragging base into supporting these policies, even though most of that base is middle class or below.

Sh*t rolls downhill, so if you're at the top of the hill, it doesn't bother you much.

That sounds a lot like what Bruce was accusing the President of doing last week... that whole "crazy nurse/fireman" analogy. And oddly enough, I agree that it's the exact opposite of who's actually setting the fires and making people ill... just by opening their mouths.

Back when Puddinhead George was filling government positions with scores of Regent Law School graduates, one of the graduating seniors was interviewed in a news segment. She said that we have to get past the focus on "individual rights" and get back to our Biblical roots.

And this was a "law student" trying to get a job in our government.

She's another product of the Troglodyte Talk Radio affirmative action program for bigots and rednecks.

I refuse to believe that they dominate the Talk Radio market by virtue of their "quality content". There's a fix in somewhere, at some level. If we still had investigative journalists, maybe they could uncover it.

Unless people start getting fired over this kind of crap, it won't stop. Hell, I'm not even sure that someone taking a shot at the President - someone who likely listens to this woman, or Rush, or Beck, and thinks that Obama hates America/isn't American/is secretly a Muslim mole/all three - would put an end to it.

As long as ratings are high, advertisers turn a blind eye and the cash keeps getting counted, nothing will change.

I don't think ratings or advertisers really matter. I'm convinced that there's a Republican Sugardaddy funding Right Wing talk radio. I will reluctantly admit that Rush Limbaugh has some "entertainment value" for those twisted enough to enjoy his brand of "humor", but the army of Rush wannabees in the local markets are mostly talentless talking points robots with microphones.

What kind of free market forces would perpetuate that?

I've never heard anything but hateful B.S from this woman, I sometimes hear her on a local AM late at night while driving home. It seemed as if all she wanted to do is call names (Urkel) and say as much outlandish crap as time permitted. I understand that there are those that eat this type of thing up but this woman has a real problem. She sounded like the female version of Savage. Tammy Bruce was bad mouthing Obama the week he took office and making it sound as if he had already destroyed the country. I worry that people like this will cause someone that listens to them that is already unstable to do something terrible. We have enough hate in the country we don't need more. I see things getting hotter between the right and the left and I just hope for my kids (your kids) sake that it clams down.

How about instead of spewing hate for several hours you give us your wonderful plan to fix everything without blaming Mexico or gay people or even calling names in general. Just your well thought out plan, can any of these hosts do that or are they only good at calling names like their in the 3rd grade?

She said that Barack Obama's father came to America to "get a piece of something, then left." What is that supposed to mean? He came to America to have sex with a white woman and then left once he got his satisfaction? Is that what she's implying here? This woman is sick. I've been seeing her and have listened to her nonsensical hate for years. She made fun of Obama's dead mother and said she wished harm on America. That is a million times worse than anything Letterman said about the Palins. The double-standard here is mind-numbing.

      THANK YOU.
