      Why, Mark -- you sound almost -- hopeful . . .

They checked. He asked his dog to marry him, the dog didn't want to lower her standards that much. Davis is broken-hearted.

Maybe when a dog says, "no", the dog really means yes.

Mark, you should marry a dog...at least then you won't be able to procreate.

BTW, Mark, is Rush sick. Golly, I hope not! But Rush sure seems to be absent from his show a lot...

He's either on another "hobbyist vacation" to the DR, or getting an oxy fix . . .

Or having his stomach sewn shut to effectuate dramatic and rapid weight loss...so Keith Olbermann can't make fun of his jiggly jowls any more. Maybe a little more cosmetic surgey, too, Rush...?

Rush has simply given up oxycontin for meth, and now we're all left with a pig on speed.

      Well.

That would be a perfect union.

...except I'd feel sorry for your dog.

      Equal rights for all Americans.

What an evil concept to all Republicans.

Quite the contrary, BN. We ALREADY have equal rights for all Americans. And that's just the way non-democrats like it.

But, I'm sure you'll disagree. So, here's my pre-emptive stump question....

Can you name to ONE right, ONE RIGHT, that one adult American has today that another adult American does not?

See, when you talk about gay marriage, people seem to think it's an issue of "rights". But it's really not. It's an issue of getting a law changed or enacted, and we have a process to do just such a thing.

But as far as "rights" go, each individual American has the exact same rights as any other individual American (save for felons who have had their rights either usurped or revoked.)

Our "rights" ARE equal. It's our laws that are flawed.

BTW, funny how the other posters are tap-dancing this issue. Maybe it's because the new President has the same opinion of gay marriage as the previous President. Tough pill to swallow. Obama looks like Dubya the Second.
