Why, Mark -- you sound almost -- hopeful . . .
He sounds happy about that...
BTW, Mark, is Rush sick. Golly, I hope not! But Rush sure seems to be absent from his show a lot...
That would be a perfect union.
...except I'd feel sorry for your dog.
What an evil concept to all Republicans.
Mr. News
But, I'm sure you'll disagree. So, here's my pre-emptive stump question....
Can you name to ONE right, ONE RIGHT, that one adult American has today that another adult American does not?
See, when you talk about gay marriage, people seem to think it's an issue of "rights". But it's really not. It's an issue of getting a law changed or enacted, and we have a process to do just such a thing.
But as far as "rights" go, each individual American has the exact same rights as any other individual American (save for felons who have had their rights either usurped or revoked.)
Our "rights" ARE equal. It's our laws that are flawed.
BTW, funny how the other posters are tap-dancing this issue. Maybe it's because the new President has the same opinion of gay marriage as the previous President. Tough pill to swallow. Obama looks like Dubya the Second.
