      As Rush-ly misogynistic as he is, I feel like expressing sexual attraction to anyone who isn't white will force Steyn to look for work elsewhere.

        BTW, why is Limbaugh absent so often? Is he sick? He recently lost 60 pounds in a short period of time...

      Oddly enough, Rush often gets calls from female sycophants who gush and swoon about what a great American he is, and what a wonderful service he's performing...yada yada yada.

      I have to wonder how they feel about this kind of stuff... or are they too ditzy to even notice?

        Probably. Much like Palin's attitude of "Oh, shucks" whenever The Base talked about her being a "babe" or "hottest governor, coldest state"or some similarly degrading bollocks. Conservative misogyny causes the political equivalent of Stockholm Syndrome, apparently. Except Letterman; what HE said was the only unacceptable statement, because birth certificate. Also, ACORN Hussein arugula.

          Wasn't his partner in his most recent abject failure as a husband and family man a fan who wrote him an email? I seem to recall him saying that he met Magda through an email she sent him that "intrigued him". No doubt it was something along the lines of "Hello Rush. I'm a chubby chaser who loves men who are secure in their opinions as long as they don't allow anyone to challenge them directly."

          Then a few years later she tried to launch a magazine aimed at young people with a conservative point of view, and I remember thumbing through the first issue on the newsstand and laughing my ass off at an editorial about how conservatives achieve things through hard work and initiative rather than through who they know. Because of course financiers would have flocked to fund Magda Limbaugh's magazine (which I believe lasted one issue) had she not been married to the Imperial Swine.
