Rush is back on the Oxycotin again... what is he talking about.
      The bill wasn't written?
Here is the link to a PDF of the bill... it's over 1,000 pages long.

Now Rush is shocked to find out that the content of the bill, where companies allotment of pollutants are "Capped" and if they go over the allotment, they must purchase or "Trade" allotments from other companies who have gone under their Cap.

This past week he's been railing against this bill and he never understood what it was? Why is that so surprising...

so lets see 4 GOP congressmen from New Jersey voted for this bill?

well lets see according to Fox News only N.J Republicans Leonard Lance and Chris Smith voted for this Bill

So I think you owe N.J. Republicans Frank LoBiondo and Rodney Ferlinghuysen an appology

of course since you then stated that NJ is the same as the N.E. US I think you owe an appology to all the GOP members from those states who voted for the bill.

Especially Connecticut as their GOP congressmen did not vote in favor of this bill (as they dont have any republican congressmen)

but you are correct on one thing the VAST majority of these congressmen were from the N.E. it fact it was so vast that 5 out of 8 (just over half)are from the N.E. *Note the Sarcasm*

jeeze Rush this is pretty factual incorrect even by your standards
