      Michael Jackson made tens of millions of dollars, got Grammy Nominations, and sold a sh*tload of albums during the 90s. Not sure I would consider that "languishing". He did have some personal problems during that time, but how was that Clinton's fault?

      This is BEYOND pathetic. You know what else flourished under Reagan? AIDS. Arms for Hostages. Of both he claimed ignorance. Television "news" is disgusting if they have to quote radio discjerk.

      Well there he goes again. Baselessly drawing a parallel between the President at the time and the success of Micheal Jackson...as if those two are even slightly related.

      As much as I dislike Rush, he has a point. What he said is a fact. MJ may have still sold some records in the 90s, but his personal life was a wreck.

      Not that any of that matters.

      He's trying to get attention, that's why he said it twice and talked about the "drive by media" going nuts about it. I also think he's trying to make a point. Correlation does not mean one thing caused the other. He does stuff like this a lot, he's being facetious. He's an intelligent guy and knows exactly what he's doing. I can't stand his politics, but stupid he ain't.

        Good post, however I have to disagree on the stupidity issue. Because he makes a ton of money being hateful, does not make him an intellectual. I think he's quite stupid to sell his soul to make that money.
