        Our news radio station in Denver posted this picture on its website and is running a caption contest on it. During the "newscast" they kept making off-color jokes and playing sound effects. Why should I be surprised though, its national affiliate is FOX. UGH.

      They should be talking about the difference in looking and not touching and not paying for it and not having an affair and not running off to other countries to have sex and use government funds to host encounters. The President is a man and must have seen that this woman was dressed marvelously. How about he was looking at her shoes to see if she was completely dressed to the t. He may have liked the dress for Michelle and the color was great. I would have looked too and I am not a lesbian. He sure has good taste.

          Nerzog, Michelle has grace and fluent intelligence. She would allow the man to go if he made the decision to leave or cheat. Harmony and truth is what helps up to aspire and maintain. Salvage is the last rumps. I believe that that picture is not a matter of discussion in the Obama household and if it is, I believe the President is a man to apologize for anything that could have been mistaken and assured Michelle that that won't happen. No weasels here! Michelle is fine with Michelle. Everything is all good!

        No, they shouldn't be talking about it at all. It is a non-story. I didn't care a bit whether Mark Sanford was having an affair. The story was that he left his state ungoverned while he was gone without leaving anyone with a way to reach him in case of an emergence that required the Governor.

      Only the seriously twisted and sexually repressed of the right-wing could possibly read into that picture the way it seems to being read!

      It is quite true that a photo can lie and be given any explanation by a sick minded fool... but since video context explains the reality... kudos to ABC for doing just that.

Approach this things with magnificience and cater to your hiarchy in matters of refuting. You are fueling party racism and that's not cool.           Perhaps you are right about TMZ. But Matt Drudge is all conservative liberal-hate all the time. No denying that. He will NEVER publish these types of smears about Bush, Reagan, Palin, etc.

            You are right. I am sure that you are smarter than he is though. How do you refute his hate? You journal about meaningful issues and challenge his assessment or his capability to make a suggestion that would solve his issues. rather than argue or be upset by him, you challenge his to a battle of wits! Trust your intellect and see if he is man enough to defeat it! since he is so authoritive. If he fishes, see if he knows the lives and food and element of the fish he catches. If he knows politics, ask him the foundation of Marxism, or Socialism, or Capitalism and see where his sense is, not his nonsense. Expose him for being an imposter of intelligence. The young people are watching and listening, you have the opportunity, on his back, to set your stage. Be thankful for idiots and hate mongerers they fuel your agenda.

          Amazing responses to my post. I wasn't "indicting" Obama, simply pointing out the "snapshot" world of high profile people but truly surprised at the anxiety of his supporters! Does anybody truly believe this is a damning photo at any angle? Why get so upset? I'm not an Obama supporter but I see nothing wrong with him glancing at a woman.

        Perhaps if were adult enough you would watch the video that goes with this photo... of course, based on your post just above, I doubt that lump just above your shoulders is barely capable of seeing the context that goes with it.

          No, I'm not trying to make the leap from "taking a quick look" to leaving the country for a sordid affair. The video confirms he was looking down at the stairs but even if he was taking a quick look, so what? If I was in the business of defending Obama for anything he has been accused of, I would'a looked at this and said, " the video clearly shows him looking at the stairs, but if you think he was catching a quick glance at an attractive woman, so what?"

      This reminds me of the flap some bible-thumpers made several years ago about a scene in the Little Mermaid. They claimed that in the film the minister performing the wedding ceremony gets an erection when he sees Ariel. The MSM were running that clip over and over on the news showing something rising under his robes and then freezing on his "erection." Later on someone showed a more complete clip of him stumbling backwards and it was clear the thing rising under his robe was meant to be his knee. It's pretty easy to make something look embarassing if you freeze the video at the right point. Media Matters does it all the time to comical results but that's a little different than making claims about Obama ogling a young woman.

        Ah...but the castle on the cover of the VHS had spires that were penises. My mother-in-law had one of the original copies, before Disney pulled it and changed the art. They are actually collector's items.
