Has Gingrich forgotten the Supreme Court is made up of nine individuals ? Or is Gingrich just ignoring facts ?

I used to have a healthy respecr for Gingrich's intellect even though I hated what he stood for. However, he has turned into something like a talking doll. Pull his string and predicatble Republican talking points and inflammatory buzz words will spew forth. Gingrich appears to be no more intelligent than John Boehner...another of the talking doll variety of Republican leaders. Very disappointing, Newt...very disappointing.

Well, he is trying for the 2012 nomination, and if he wants to compete against trailer park trash Sarah he's got to get a whole lot stupider sounding to be taken seriously.

So according to Gingrich, any supreme court nominee is an "activist", unless he or she is a conservative. Any ruling that advances conservative causes is not subject to the "activist" label...

Not even a "nice try" on that one, Newt. If you are the 'ideas man' of the GOP, Democrats will be in the majority forever.

THIS IS SO ABSURD! Justice Sotomayor didn't vote for sh!t in her ruling. She found that the lower court did not act inappropriately enough to warrant reversing their decision! You MIGHT be ablke to argue argue that the LOWER COURT "voted" for "racial quotas," but that HOW THE LAW WAS WRITTEN, unfortnuately. These gott damned conservtaives just can't stand that the are any rules (in the rule of law) that might ever result in a ruling that they don't like! So yeah, it took conservtaive activists on the SC to re-write the law. So much for their dislike of judicial activism. God I hate these lying and/or ignorant batsards.

        Eddie:
I've read many of your posts and you are clearly rational and think things through; facts actually shape your opinions rather than making you perform mental gymastics to try and make facts reflect your opinions. Newtie has never been rational and his followers are equally reality-impaired. Facts have a liberal bias and will therefore be ignored in favor of talking points. This is the man who claims to stand for family values and he left his wife when she was in the hospital with cancer for his mistress; his followers either ignore this or actually admire it.
