The fear factor for 'white people' now extends from Bin Laden all the way down to this woman.
I'm changing my color today..I'll have nothing to fear.
I think I'll become a black, Swiss lesbian. I'll finally be safe.

Bill and Fear they live hand in hand.

Can't wait for the Liz Cheney misinformation to show up here from the Joe show. This woman lies more than her dad. I'm afraid of her and her DAD.

Yes, white people, Latinos, blacks everyone should be "concerned" at who is going to or is sitting on the bench -- especially at this level.

Oh, but you mean should I be concerned a person of Latin ancestory is on the bench -- well I answer that with my own question -- How's that white hood fitting your pointy head?

this is latanza people, still here! Anyway, if Sotomayor was a nuisance and substandard judge in the first place, why did this argument never come up. Secondly, the harshness against the judge seems to show because of the NY firefighters' case that was recently based on reverse racism. For a long time standing, and since the empathy we share for the firemen who died in 2001, September 11th terrorism act, we have become impartial and oversympathetic with the outreach in politics and the fiber of NY. I am still organizing in my area to pay tribute to those incidents and to honor the First Responders though. But understand that this wound could be very sensitive in other matters and this is why the judge may not have favor at this time. Again, I may or may not feel that this judge is the best nominee, been when addressing the reason why, I would base it solely on the premise that I feel; and in her legal dissents and concurs that she reflects from a power and authoritative stance. In her statements, she summarizes from a power perspective. I would not trash her because I wouldn't be heard. I make the argument that if white men should be worried, they should have been concerned all of the time for allowing her to preside on lower courts where people without a strong voice would have been victimized by her decisions. Not when relatives of the affluent became effected.

O'Racist, are you attempting to speak for the White populous, you arrogant hick? I'm white, and have no concern regarding Sotomayor. Speak for yourself and your terrorist demographic. Leave the rest of White Americans alone.

This white person is not concerned about Judge Sotomayor. This white person is very embarassed to share fair skin, blue eyes, and the same religion with that white person, Mr. O'Reilly. I feel he sets a bad example to the rest of the population.

      I can't watch O'Leilly since reading para. 78 of the Mackris complaint . .

Actually, the only thing that concerns me about America are the LIES that are portrayed as truth on the fox network!! Let's face it, we all know they never attack the message, they attack the messenger.

Yes, Billo we're all afraid of a Latina intellectual sitting on the SCOTUS because you posed this idiotic question . . fool!

I dont know what to say to guys, I just cant believe what Im reading here. Most of you cite that Republicans are racists, how do you come to that conclusion?
Sotomayor is clearly a racist, just read transcripts of her speaking. You also cite that Republicans and conservatives are liars, back it up with facts and stop the hating.
You liberals really show your American hating colors here. You are giving me a lot of ammo for my civil report im doing for my 11th grade class.
You all sound like my girlfriends father. It doesnt matter if your racist, it just matters who is the racist and who you are racist against.
So, go your ACLU Pro-NAMBLA, moveon, NY Times, LA Times, Mediamatters, or any other American hating, liberty hating meeting that you need to go to feel better about yourself.
Two years ago when my parents died, I remember the anger and hatred that I felt and spewed. My uncle after 6 months of living with him and my aunt, he told me that I need to make a choice. Stay where I was in my hate filled world or accept what I was dealt and make the best of it, else I was doomed to hate all my life.
I give you the same advise that my uncle gave me, time to make a choice. I pity you guys. So, become free thinkers and hold your head high.

"Most of you cite that Republicans are racists, how do you come to that conclusion?"
Straw man. No one said that Republicans in general are racist. We're talking about one man and his racial paranoia.
"Sotomayor is clearly a racist, just read transcripts of her speaking."
How about YOU read Pappas v. Giuliani, in which she sided with a white supremacist's free speech rights?
"You also cite that Republicans and conservatives are liars, back it up with facts and stop the hating."
        Okay, here are some:
-"Saddam Hussein has weapons of mass destruction"
-"Barack Obama was born in Kenya"
-"Al Gore said he invented the internet"
        -"Hillary Clinton is a lesbian."
        -"America does not torture."
"You liberals really show your American hating colors here. You are giving me a lot of ammo for my civil report im doing for my 11th grade class."
Is your report about how telling people they "hate America" isn't really a valid argument?
"You all sound like my girlfriends father. It doesnt matter if your racist, it just matters who is the racist and who you are racist against."
When does your 11th grade class go over how to spell "you're"?
"So, go your ACLU Pro-NAMBLA, moveon, NY Times, LA Times, Mediamatters, or any other American hating, liberty hating meeting that you need to go to feel better about yourself"
No one in their right mind supports NAMBLA. Straw man number two. Oh, and do you realize you just called an organization with the word "liberties"in its name "liberty-hating"?
"Two years ago when my parents died, I remember the anger and hatred that I felt and spewed. My uncle after 6 months of living with him and my aunt, he told me that I need to make a choice. Stay where I was in my hate filled world or accept what I was dealt and make the best of it, else I was doomed to hate all my life."
You must be Sarah Palin's speechwriter.
"I give you the same advise that my uncle gave me, time to make a choice. I pity you guys. So, become free thinkers and hold your head high."
So you define "making a choice" as converting to your opinion. I think you missed something. And we're very upset to hear a troll pities us. Good day.

OF, glad to see you are showing an interest in civics and doing research. I think you missed the point of this clip. As a person of color this type of question disturbs me especially coming from a person who regularly tell us we are all "Americans" and the country is color blind. My question to you is this type of question ok or do you find it objectional?
