      It was the GOP on the phone telling her not to show the Talking Points on the air.

      Wow... MSNBC is reading the Talking Points on the air, nice!!!
      At least she's not trying to pretend that it's her own opinion and just goes straight to the source.

      Actually, I wish I could get a copy of daily Talking Points from the GOP, that way I could immediately identify the GOP talking heads who are blindly repeating what they are fed from the GOP... not that it's very hard to do now.

      I can't believe someone who considers themself a journalist would literally hold up talking points like this and read them as if they were valid arguments. The very fact that they are partisan talking points should disqualify them as legitimate material to be read by a journalist trying to give a fair report during a hard news segment.

      Lately, the Republicans resemble nothing quite so much as a pack of angry chihuahuas yapping through the screen door as the big dogs walk by.

        Ooo...I can't stand chihuahuas, they are evil vicious little things. I'll take my 60lb pit bull, 130lb mastiff/ridgeback mix, and 50lb mutty type thing over one any day. Did i mention that all of my dogs think they are human and/or lap dogs and let my son treat them as playmates?

          There's nothing wrong with chihuahuas. The problem is owners of small dog frequently don't bother with training or discipline because they think little dogs can't hurt anyone and that it's funny or cute to see a little dog being agressive and territorial.

          That list is pretty accurate. Speaking from experience, there are a lot of myths and misconceptions surrounding breeds, and it always boggled my mind how many families with small children would get chihuahuas, thinking they'd be great because they're small, too, and seeing how well that would turn out... It's sad how some of the larger breeds have stigmas, as well.
          Little dogs with huge ferocious attitudes, dogs as big as people who couldn't care less about anything... and humans without a clue.
          She may have destroyed an entire couch and still tries to eat my cats after 10 years, but I love my 3-legged Siberian Husky!
