I advocate beating the hell outta ignorant a-holes who spout nonsense on the public airwaves with a big old cane, Singapore-style . . .

Who is this horrid man! What a barbarian! Who canes him for his cruel and vicious ideas? Does he really believe this dreck or is he only saying it for ratings? He can not possibly advocate this garbage and retain the ability to call himself a civilized human being.

Is it inbreeding that renders so many of these despicable cons with eyes that are way too close together? Inquiring minds want to know.

I can't find this verse in the bible.

Someone can become homeless for many reasons. Personal irresponsiblity is only one. One can become homeless because of unforeseen financial difficulties, natural disasters or even because of manmade strife. Many of the young homeless were kicked out of their homes by their families.

Is that all the separates me from being an animal who should be beaten for committing a minor crime?

Bill, hand me the cane and stand in front of the line so that I can make sure I have the right stuff to handle the job.

Next thing you know he's going to say:

So this person is saying we need to beet the metaly ill and those that are down on their luck for things they can not control. If not for the rights great hero Ronald Reagan the numbers of homeless would be less. Thanks to the Gipper metaly ill are released from mental hospitals because the goverment will no longer pay for them to stay when their insurance runs out. Also what would Cunningham do if he lost his job and his money ran out forcing him on the streets.

Ah yeah Bill! Weren't folks already doing this and have killed a few people along the way? You know, just in "good fun" and all, and besides, they're just homeless right? Nobody cares about THOSE people.

Cunningham, proving once again what a horrible human being he is.

Very bad idea but I understand the frustration

There's a sizable population of homeless who are veterans. Interveiw a couple Bill. Find out how they got to be homeless.
But that might humanize them, which is the last thing you want to do.
Communal hating is another one of those family values that Bill and his friends keep offering.

I think pain is a great motivator to refrain from certain forms of behavior

Someone needs to short wire his microphone or hot-wire his chair. So that every time he opens his mouth he is inflicted with pain.
