Chris knows his stuff! He is the man and I am glad that he is going where no man has gone to date in media. I would agree with that statement because she didn't defend any of her past statements or arguments and she put the responsibility on the law. Well the law as it is handed down by the judge does not seem to go in accord at all 4 corners. To suggest that a "wise latina" would have more empathy and interpretation of the law would suggest that in the past you have not seen that or that you feel the law is devicive in how that is justly attained. She seems like she is interviewing for a job position. What are your worst traist? I'm a perfectionist, i like to get things done accurately! Come on. I see know back bone and I don't see defense of her stand on ANYTHING. She is explaining down and dumbing down. There should be some argumentative points that she can shine through and show her own intellectual property about reasoning and justice. This is a sham. Another sham and bias is the fact that Ricci is allowed to make any statement at this consideration. This is not a trial. That was bias. If the judge can bust this move right now, she may very well be able to hide true character and agenda. Don't like what's happening.

I say that the reason she was chosen is because she has been able to withstand criticism- that is not good enough. Show me the money honey! People do the right thing in times where they disagree all the time. The law and the position of judicial benchees is compelling. What is wise about the judge except for passing the bar and remaining ethically acceptable?

See, this is what political racism can aspire to. Doing the thing just to spite the other side. Is this the best thing to do is still the question. I am 100% O'Bama, know that before I go any further. I am an independent thinker though. I don't know this woman as intimately as he does and I never needed to before now. My evaluation of this nomination is to add diversity and in that arena she is the best candidate because the bench at this point in the SCJ does not reflect that and it should.
