Wow, this woman's arguments were pitiful, transparent and embarrassing. The MSNBC host was doing a reasonable job of pointing out the flaws but should have continued to stick with Sotomayor's actual case record which Buchanan dismissed completely. The proof is in the pudding and Sotomayor's record proves her lack of bias for those claiming discrimination.

Really? Seems to me like Sotomayor worked pretty freakin' hard to get where she is. Just like Clarence Thomas. I don't like a lot of Thomas' decisions but that doesn't mean I don't acknowledge that he must've worked his butt off to get to the point where he would even be considered for the SCOTUS. If we make things so easy for minorities why is there only one on the supreme court and very few in congress? The way she talks all you have to be is a minority and you'll get handed everything on a silver platter.

Since when are the same rights and privileges I have as a white male special rights or privileges for someone who is differant than me? If Bay or her brother Pat can answer this with a truthful well thought out and reasoned answer I might pay attention to what they have to say.
