Been acting stranger than usual lately, Rush...maybe it's just stress.
In training for Ed Schultz?
Doctor shopping?
Preparing for extraction from bedroom through exterior wall?
Extra long line at KFC this morning?
Another divorce deposition?
Exit visa from Dominican Republic denied?
Trying to replace cancelled health insurance?
Pilonidal cyst operation?
Hiking the Appalachian trail?
No meaning indeed!
The concept of race is one of the most dangerous, destructive myths going. By every scientific (WHOOMP! there went Davis' head) measure, humans are of one "race".
Because they are inherently negative terms, the sooner we drop race, racist, racism, racially, etc., from our lexicon, the better off we'll be.
B - b - but Mark, the word does have a meaning . . . and its not racist:
wise [wahyz]
–adjective
1. having the power of discerning and judging properly as to what is true or right; possessing discernment, judgment, or discretion.
2. characterized by or showing such power; judicious or prudent: a wise decision.
3. possessed of or characterized by scholarly knowledge or learning; learned; erudite: wise in the law.
4. having knowledge or information as to facts, circumstances, etc.: We are wiser for their explanations.
5. Slang. informed; in the know: You're wise, so why not give us the low-down?
6. Archaic. having knowledge of magic or witchcraft.
7. The opposite of Mark Davis.
The word has a meaning, one no more "racist" than Caucasian. Of course RWnuts rarely know the meanings of the words they like to use in the first place and love to redefine the rest.
