Nuts...a bunch of freakin' nuts. With all of the problems this country has to deal with and these nuts are still contesting the legitimacy of Barck Obama's birth certificate? More people in the media need to call these doubters exactly what they are...nut cases. Pilgrim laid out a pretty good case.

        "Where was she born?"

She was a refusenik from Russia. She a typical hypocritical right winger: she is the beneficiary of liberalism, and now denounces it.

As a refusenik, she went to Israel, where the government gave her subsidized housing, mortgage, and tuition, which is substantial for dental school - her DDS is from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

She has a law "degree" from the Taft Law School, a correspondence outfit in California, which is not accredited. She passed the California bar, but because Taft is not ABA accredited, she cannot take the bar in any other state.

She is a mediocre dentist, and an incompetent lawyer.

Here's the story of that Orly lady
Who was bringing up some very tall tales.
All of them were getting old. Just her opinion.
      The latest one, "He's Kenyan!"

Here's the story, of a man name Alan
Who had some rediculous ideas of his own.
He ran three times, lost every one.
      Now he's all alone.

Till the one day when the lady met this fellow,
And they knew that it was much more than a hunch
That this group would somehow form a lawsuit.
That's the way they became the Birther Bunch,
The Birther Bunch, The Birther Bunch.

That's the way they became the Birther Bunch.

This incompetent lawyer Orally Titz is in it for publicity. Her last delusional remark that both parents of a president must be born in the US is obviously a lie she hopes to pass off as fact. Unfortunately for her, every 5th grader knows the only 2 qualifications to be president in the Constitution are you have to be native born and over 35 years old....

The republicans fronted a black man (hmmm, using a black man to have a discussion about a black man, where have I seen a thread where rightwingers talk about that as a bad thing?) and some foreign born peroxide blondie (hmmm, foreign born, using a foreign born person to call an american foreign born, where have I seen that before?) to make their case. I'm not clear on the birthers' claims.
The black wingnut doesn't believe Obama was born in the US (even with the evidence presented) because he needs to personally touch Obama's birth certificate? That's just weird.
And the dye job white wingnut both holds that (a) Obama wasn't born in the US and (b) if he was, both his parents weren't American? Pick an paranoid fantasy and stick with it.
Why is CNN even bothering with this? One guy is still bitter he lost to Obama and the other is making her bones on a fake case involving a coward.

At the end of the 'discussion', Orly Taitz rants about both parents needing to be citizens for a person to be eligible for the presidency, and that flat out lie is just left out there. She is a danger to people actually gullible enough to believe this garbage.

From the Constitution: Article II Section 1:
No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen Years a resident within the United States.

Anyone want to highlight where it says both parents must be American citizens?

She's a flat out liar and CNN should be ashamed for giving her a platform without fact checking or retracting. Opinioins (as stupid as they may be) are opinions. Facts are facts. Just her latest hollow attempt to bring down the man.

They are not nut cases IRONY.. On the contrary - these people are very logical!

Do you really think that if Obama had at any time put the asked-for piece of paper on the table that this issue would NOT have been resolved??? Do you really think that? Of course not! This issue is still alive because either

      1. Obama wants it to remain alive.
      -or-
      2. Obama doesn't have the paper needed to resolve it.

Pure and simple. I do not think that there are any other possible reasons. There is also no need for any name-calling, my Dear. I ask that you not refer to these questioners as nut cases again.

All persons must embrace one or the other of the two statements above. The people you are calling names believe statement #2. You believe #1.

I am askling you to defend statment #1. For what reason has he chosen to keep this issue alive? Your empasis when you respond will properly be on the word "chosen." It MUST be becasue emphasising any other word will not eliminate statement number 2 as a possibility.

I look forward to your response, and hope that you do us all the courtesy of remaining as free of name-calling in your response as I have.

      thank you,

I'm afraid you're going to have to wait, a long, long, long, time for any response to your questions. See, just because you think it's a valid question, doesn't mean anyone else thinks it's a valid question and therefore will answer you.

There is absolutely NO, ZERO, nada, issue with Obama's birth certificate. It has been resolved by the United State Supreme Court!!!!period!!, end of subject.

Now for you, there will never be an aswer that you will accept, because, you STILL can't accept that a MAJORITY of Americans CHOOOSE to elect Obama as their president, even after hearing your crap. Remember, your birth certificate conspiracy has been around a long time, along with he's a Muslim and a terrorist.

Now I feel that I've been more than courteous up till now so, PLEASE, PLEASE, stop your insanity. I know YOU don't think you're insane, because the people you run your Obama birth certificate theories by think the same way you do. But the other 99% of Americans think you're either insane or simply a sore loser. Give it up!!!

      http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/vol06_ch0321-0344/HRS0338/HRS_0338-0017_0008.HTM

there is nothing in that that says if the that children born outside the US can have a birth certificate. It says out of state. Meaning you can have a Hawaii Birth Certificate if you were born outside this state of Hawaii if you can prove that have you have a parent that has become a bone fide resident of the state of Hawaii for a year as i understand it. At what point does this prove he was born outside the U.S.A. Talk about a steep conspiracy theory.

It's amazing how Obama's co-conspirators got Chief Justice John Roberts to swear in the foreign born Obama -- TWICE -- as President. But it's even more exciting to think that Obama's parents had anticipated this issue so far back that they actually placed false Obama birth announcements in the Hawaiian papers the week he was born. Some form of Kenyan juju, I guess.

I think a lawyer should know this section of the Constitution. Orly Taitz, at the end of the segment, went off the deep end again and said that in order to be president a person has to have two parents, which are citizens of the United States. People need to point out how misinform they are and how delusional they are. She is just trying to any tacit to make people think Obama is not a legitimate President.
