                  I knew Frank for 36 years. We used to do Bloomsday readings of Ulysses at Symphony Space in NYC, broadcast by NPR. There were some high powered actors involved, but no one read more honestly or effectively than Frank. He was also great company. My second son, I'm sorry to say, arrived at Stuyvesant High School the year after Frank retired.

                      I think it would have been a real privilege to have known him. I always got such a kick out watching him on talk shows. If that was his wish, then I hope his ashes are in the Shannon. Not a bad place to be put to rest.

                      Stuy., I lived on Gold St. in the 70's. Coming from an Indian Reservation, you can imagine how impressed I was that, that was a high school. It was amazing as is it's history. It has turned out some very amazing people too. I'm sure your son is one of them.

      What if it turned out that George W Bush was an alien from outer space... wouldn't that be hard for the country? It would explain a lot, but think of the court cases!

      "Certificate of Live Birth" is not a Birth Certificate??? why is that, because there's two extra words in the title? Because it's the legally binding document from the state of Hawaii?

      I don't have my "Long Form Birth Certificate", does that mean I'm no longer a naturally born citizen. My Certificate of Live Birth was what the Federal Government wanted when I applied for a passport, not the souvenir I got from the hospital.

        It's truly pathetic. Despite every relevant official in Hawaii saying that yes, what Obama has shown is indeed the real document, despite actual journalists having actually touched it and verified it, despite the fact that there's a freaking birth announcement from the local paper in Hawaii, despite everything... these idiots get to spread this whole thing over and over again. It's an indictment of the media and just shows how truly pathetic this nation's press has become that this false myth is allowed to be propagated over and over again, as if merely saying something means it should be taken seriously.

        Disgusting.

      They pay this old crook to mumble on the radio?

      Ten years from now these clowns will still be saying that President Obama wasn't the legal president - they will likely have another seven years to bray like jackasses - and their listeners will lap it up.

      Of course, there is absolutely no evidence that will shut them up, so our president is doing the right thing in ignoring them.

      Incidentally, is there any proof of the claim that he has spent millions fighting these frivolous lawsuits?

      Isn't it amazing what can flourish when there are no facts and loads of secrecy? Just in case there really is a conspiracy would you expect them all to just tell the truth? Now thats funny to a point but really, why hasn't anyone in government been able to verify the documents being secreted in Hawaii? Why are foreign news agencies shocked to discover the constitution says one thing and the entire media has refused to even ask if the law has been followed and instead does a shameful thing and starts calling citizens names for asking a legitimate question. Produce the darn thing and lets get on with it already. Its only going to fester and get ugly the longer the secret is kept.

      Oh, and listen to this guy's arguments for a preview of what the Republicans will do as soon as Obama is out of office: they will GUARANTEED try and indict Obama for something, because they want to make sure that the President abides by the "rule of law" and the constitution.

      Meanwhile, our PATHETIC Democratic congress and Obama both REFUSE to prosecute the former administration officials for ACTUAL WAR CRIMES, in order to "not look backwards" and to "move forward" and whatever else justification they come up with.
