Not to correct the great El Rushbo but there was a sex surcharge propsed in the bill.

oh and the evil anti american commie facist socalist who proposed it because he wants the government to run your life?

Well that would be Rep. Steve Buyer, a REPUBLICAN from Indiana....

Also happened to propose a surcharge on drinking and put in the charge on smoking (read more here http://www.rollcall.com/issues/55_9/hoh/36956-1.html)

But I wouldnt worry to much I dont think the sex surcharge is going to get included, after all it would bankrupt the states of South Carolina, Nevada and the GOP at the moment :)

And as a side note why is it that when I quoted the heading of this clip my first attempt to post this I got told no profanity, if the word is in the heading it should be fair game?

      What a tasteful question.

What I'd like to know, Rush, is how you've mannaged to make it this far in life without someone beating you to death with their bare hands, you lying, arrogant, hateful, biggoted, sexist, racist, facsist scumbag.

Oh, Mr. Limbaugh, the staple of each meal is a Twinkie? Be careful, sir, you are dangerously close to saying 'Let them eat cake.'

In all fairness, I think Mr. Limbaugh just wishes to make sure that -all- the vices are equally taxed. If we are going to tax his cigars, alcohol, prescription drug use (and abuse), and every pound of fat he carries, then we should also tax promiscuous sex and prostitution, among other things.

It seems he just wants it to be fair, that's all. And I hope that the fairness and mercy and compassion he has shown others during his tenure on the radio is returned to him tenfold.

If there was a lying tax, Rush, you and some of you cohorts would go broke.

I don't know, what is it Rush wants? Taxes on everything, or no taxes on anything? Twinkie as a staple? He should know, I guess.
This is what I believe- Tax marijuana, the sex trade, smoking, drinking. I smoke, and I'm hooked because I started smoking before all the information we have NOW was available. No excuses though, I know it's bad.
Twinkie as a staple. Yup, let them eat cake(translated).

      A porker surcharge?
If I were the Great Gasbag (and believe me, there isn't a day that passes that I don't thank my stars I am not) the last thing I would have mentioned was a porker surcharge.

I think Rush is secretly, sighing a great big sigh of relief that these vices, most of which are his vices, are not going to be taxed.

Is Rush jealous of how 'skinny' that family he mentions is?

I hope that every one can see that Rush hates President Obama. Intensely! I have this in print from an article written by a UK reporter, whom Rush gave a rear interview as a favor to a friend.

The article was in an October, 2008, issue of a UK paper.

Rush, Shawn and Mark Lavin and others have a Machiavellian attitude against the President that will or might be their down fall.

These people are abusing the true meaning of freedom of the press. Continuous lambasting only show that these people do not or don't want to acknowledge that the only thing constant in life is change.

How about a $100,000,000 sure charge for abusers of prescription drugs with 1 year in prison for every dollar you are short with no early out aloud. This will be per offense. Rush could pay off the national debt himself or be in prison for the rest of his life plus.
