      FEAR!!!!

It's the only thing republicans have left. If you want a party to scare the crap out of you as often as possible, Republicans are your ticket.

Since the Republicans have no alternate plan, aside from tax credits for people who already have insurance, they can devote all their energy to lying about the Democratic plan.

No, really. Is Obamas healthcare plan scarier than cancer? Because if it isn't, then Fox and the righties are going to have to come up with a different strategy.

See, where they're currently using "experiment" and "government-run", they're just not feeling that it's quite scary enough. So they're thinking about changing the tone to something along the lines of how Obamas public option plan will spread like a cancer through the health industry, attacking and killing the cells of effective care.

But, I mean hey, if that's not scary enough, then why bother mailing out the memos?

FOX news: More alarmist than Chicken Little?

It's a fun game, but it doesn't end up proving anything except the depths to which FOX will stoop to protect their sponsors.

Only one patient fears for her life? Well, heck, that's a HUGE improvement over the current plan, isn't it? Did FOX use 'cancer' because they were too afraid to go all out and commit to the word 'anthrax'? Or, are they saving that for the weekend?

What has happenned to Fox? This is sick.
Personally, I can't wait for 2010 where the American people will
vote even MORE Republicans out of office & the the nation can get
back to being "for the people".

i love when they ask loaded questions like that. its clearly a ploy to get the scary idea in people's head that obama's plan might actaully be so bad. they dont even give their viewers the benefit of the doubt... they just make up their minds for them. i cant believe they still claim they are "fair and balanced".
