End of life counseling should be mandatory, for everyone, especially the relatives of terminally ill people.

Everyone should have a living will.

Everyone should make others aware of their wishes, especially loved ones.

In my family we never had money to fight over when relatives died but we've had some really big fights about how long to keep someone alive.
