      I had to stop listening to this drooler when he took the credit on behalf of whites for freeing the slaves and standing with blacks in Selma.

      So incredibly stupid on so many levels. Never mind that big chunk of history he skipped over between Lincoln and civil rights, he fails to mention who the people were on the other side of those events.

      And then giving a nod to the birthers was simply the icing on the cake.

        Central Pa. a/k/a AlabamaLite...the Ohio Valley area and his strong listeners own trailers. not those double-widers, they are elitists.
        He jabbers for three hours every morning and takes two phones call. He is so afraid of hving to discuss issues with any normal people that he only lets the nutty lefties thru.
        He doesn't have the balls to take phone calls...but he loves to secual harrass defenseless women. Quinn is a punk. I wonder if he would like it if his daughters were sexually harrassed? And let us not forget the Phoniest Christian in America, Radio Rosie..a real hater with a bible. She gives Christians a bad name.

      Mr. Quinn, President Obama has more claim to the highest office in the land than Bush ever had. Obama was actually elected. Both of them, Bush and Obama, have a better claim to being human beings than you do.

      This isn't really about racism, in case you haven't been paying attention. It's really about police and their occasional tendency to abuse their power. I've seen it first hand myself. They like waving around the gun and the badge and expect instant respect. Respect is earned, not given.

      The pinnacle of victimhood is currently occupied by Beck, Limbaugh, Hannity, et al, incidentally. They've kicked the liberals right out of that spot.

            Well, that's kind of eerie, given the timing. A couple of days ago a neighbor in the Berkshires told me that, while I was in NYC, a police helicopter had been hovering over my place. They were checking out some pots of leafy greens that I'm growing. I'd put them up on the garage roof because the rabbits were attacking the lettuce.

            That's the personal. More importantly, this Cooper fellow is performing a wonderful civic function, and will probably suffer for it. As Earl Warren once said, "Every good thing I ever did in my life I caught hell for."

      Quinn is on small number of radio stations but is also on XM radio

      He revels in being featured on MMFA like most wingnut talking heads.

      He played that tape of the guy several times who claimed to have had sex with Obama in a limo.

      Classy guy. No shame or standards

      What does he mean whites freed blacks from slavery and were happy about it? Whites did not not free blacks from slavery. There may have been some people who happened to be white that help to free blacks from slavery, but the people who tried to keep blacks enslaved were white too. Do whites only get credit for what some whites did to end slavery? While ignoring what some whites did to continue slavery?
