      The subtext is they doubt Obama and his loyalties because he's black.

      Yes, that's exactly it, Weinermobile.

      These drooling moron birthers are worried about Obama's loyalties. It's not that he's black and they're rabid racists. Nah. That's got nothing to do with it.

      What a load.

      The birthers see and are freaked by only one thing--the color of Obama's skin.
      Subtext to these twits is a school book about submarines.

          Don't want to see it. Claustrophobic.

          "These people doubt his loyalties but aren't allowed to say it, so they go at him any way they can."

          It doesn't seem to me that there's anything these people can't or won't say, except the truth. The "subtext," Mikey, is underneath the rant from that virago in Delaware the other night: "I want my country back! {from that black.}

      The subtext is that Obama didn't apologize for America -- he apologized for his predecessor . . .

      I figured the crazies would calm down at least a little after a few months, once it became clear that Obama on the one hand knows what he's doing, and on the other hand isn't the fire-breathing radical the reich-wingers have made him out to be. And instead, they've just gotten crazier. I didn't want to believe it was about his being black. But what the h&ll else could it be?

      If the 'real issue' is where his (President Obama's) loyalties lie, then why not just ask that? Why piddle around so obliquely? Is it because they are too scared to ask an honest question? Too afraid that they'll be laughed at? Heck, they're -already- laughed at, and openly, and in public.
