Even if he was born on the surface of the moon, it would not make any difference. His mother was a US citizen, ergo he is one too.

It all hinges on the "natural born" thing. According to legal interpretation, that means you must be born on US soil. You know: Like Hawaii.

(Or, if you're a republican, a US Military base in Panama. Which apparently is more "US Soil" that f-ing Hawaii, but whatever.)

I might add, all anyone needs to do is check the passport records of his mother to see where she was at the time of his birth; since it was in Hawaii there will be no record but I guess that is another part of the conspiracy. I can see the headline now
"Records destroyed by the Obama Administration".

Wow. Way to come down on the fence, Billy.
Your pathetic ramblings make it clear why you're show is relegated to radio's Sunday night wasteland.

Billy Cunningham brings up this long form of the birth certificate for he wants to weaken Obama. He knows Obama is eligible to be President, but he using this wing nut conspiracy theory to try to weaken Obama’s power .Could Billy Cunningham be crazy? Absolutely. Could Billy Cunningham move on yes from the birthers yes, but he keeps on talking about it so he does not want to.

I like the way he's willing to acknowledge that this Kenyan birth cert could be real but not the one issued and verified by the state of HI.
