You mean about how he hired all of the same people who worked for his dad? I'm sure she is just working really hard to perfect the manuscript...

If there's a better example of cronyism than naming Cheney VP I don't know what it is.

And Regnery Publishing would have put out that John McCain book out immediately </sarcasm>.

Actually the hard right hated McCain up until he became the nominee so a hit book by Regenery wouldn't be all that surprising.

I am writing a review of Michelle Malkin's latest book. Sure, I am only 6 1/2 pages in, but I don't think it's too soon to call it the worst book ever written on the face of the earth.

Oh don't be so sure. Have you read her book in defense of internment (cleverly titled, "In Defense of Internment")?

Malkin should be thrown in one of those camp. Maybe if she saw what heppened there - TOO HER OWN PEOPLE, the stupid g**k wouldn't be so quick to jump on the xenophobic, racist bandwagon.

(Disclaimer: I love the Japanese people and have a keen appreciation of their history, philosophy, food and culture. Mu use of the G-word here is akin to the way Chris Rock uses the N-Word: "I LOOOVE black people... but I HAAAAATE n!ggers!" So there's a difference (between an Asian in general and a G**k.) Know what that is? Just look at (listen to) Michelle Malkin!)

Michelle Malkin was described as the Asian Ann Coulter...

She said "I'm not Asian, I'm American, for goodness' sake. I would take the comparison to Ann Coulter as somewhat of a compliment."

Well, speaking as a Japanese-American who's parents and grandparents were in internment camps at Tule Lake and Poston, thank you for telling your zealot xenophobes that Asians aren't Americans.

Aw, isn't that precious? The woman born in America to Philippine citizens writes a book subtitled "The Case for 'Racial Profiling' in World War II and the War on Terror" but declares herself to be racially and ethnically unmarked. How convenient.

      What the hell?
What's Mad Dog Malkin doing on all these mainstream shows? Are the bookers really that hard up for guests that they'll give air time to this drooling hateful twit?

Sure you would have Michelle, sure you would have.

What a pile of BS. You'd never write that book about McCain. Never.

Her only motive would have been to get McCain out and get Palin in the seat ASAP.

I still believe John McCain is a good man at heart, but he got saddled with that political ditz Palin because of people like Malkin, and thats the only reason they even remotely supported his ticket...

      shame

If she would have written a book slamming McCain, it would only be to appease her right wing leash holders. Maybe we should think about boycotting ABC, they have given her time on a legitimate show two mornings in a row. What is she offering them?

I already told them I am boycotting over her appearance on "This Week with George Stephanopoulos". I definitely think this worth a boycott. The right would be slamming Gregory, Stephanopoulos, or any other sunday morning show for having Eric Boehlert or Jamison Foser on. This is what Media Matters is all about.

This lady is "SELLING" her book and wants to use places like the View to get out the 'i-hate-obama-garbage' so she can collect her millions in book sales.

Why would anyone waste their time reading these "made-up, what-ifs and possibilities" about our Country's American President for all of 100 days is just out there - LOL. This money hungry lady should just get a job, and stop trying to ride in on the 'i-hate-obama-garbage' to make her easy money. Way to go Right-Winged Republicans by continuing to "scam" Americans as you earn your "millions" off of their stupidity. Too funny indeed.

It's not an honorable job,but it has been around for a long time. The birther thing,Malkin tour is not going to work the way they hoped and planed. The appearance of these nuts on mainstream media allows the world to see them for the hateful nuts on a hidden payroll that they are.I wish they would book her and others on American Idol so even more people can see them for who they are. While they trying to dig up dirt because dirt sells. They have a bigger pile of dirt to sell that is real not made up.Somebody may start selling it one day.Michelle Malkin knows this, that is why she is in such a hurry.Markets change

She may have written the book. I doubt it, but who knows? By picking Obama she has guaranteed herself a certain number of sales. It'll the same number that watch Fox News, listen to Rush, Hannity, Beck, etc. What I find interesting is that like many conservatives, Malkin seems to think that corruption and cronyism and whatever other negative things she wants to add, are the sole property of the Democrats.

Sometimes Hannity will point out something obviously stinky about Washington politics in general and make it seem like it never happened when the GOP was in charge, or that Democrats are the only ones who behave that way. I'm not defending corrupt Dems, I'm just saying there's plenty of this to go around.

That's why Fox Nation and the tea baggers are so interesting to me. Suddenly, they are concerned about upholding the Constitution and things like their right to privacy. Now they are worried about the government being too big and are upset that their tax money is being used for in ways they don't approve of. Funny that their concerns don't seem to have piqued until about November 4, 2008.
