I wonder who writes Glen Beck's Material?
Could it be someone who a night cruises the Streets as a Serial?
All this Anger has to come from some Place.
Glen speaks without thinking and with very little Haste.

      Speak truth to power.

*yawn* Another day, another Nazi reference. Go figure, reich-wingers have completely diminished the true meaning of such a reference that it no longer has any real impact when someone calls you a "Nazi".

No, I distinctly heard you sob about Harley saying reichwinger. It sounded something like this:

"Waaah, you're so mean to us! It's not fair you calling us fascists! You're the fascist, not us! Waaaah!"

Once again, you are showing that you don't understand words. I suggest that you look up the word "reich." It doesn't mean what you think it means. I bet that community college teaches Conversational German, too.

I see. Well, the truth is it's a passive aggressive comment that, when called on, one can revert to the fetal position and quietly claim it is an innocent reference to 'casual German' and one shoudn't question it's use by a librul.

I never liked the reichwinger stuff. I think it takes away from their valid commentary about conservatives, and since a lot of the name calling tends to come from say, conservative radio hosts, we shouldn't stoop to that level. I think my colleagues here are better than that. It sounds a little too much like a left wing version of Freeperville to me.

I don't use the term, but as I said, look up the word.

Oh, and I've voted for more Republicans than you will EVER vote for in my life. I quit voting for them when they quit representing true conservatism. Calling me a "librul" is rather silly. I just disagree with your uninformed viewpoints. That doesn't make me a "librul," just means I disagree with you. Not a very hard concept to understand.

Looks like you're one of those Rush "conservatives." You do realize, don't you, that Rush is no conservative and he LAUGHS at people like you. You're nothing but a means to an end and that end would be Rush's bottom line.

Rahm emanuels bro wrote a book on euthenasia. The current plan calls for end of life counseling. In oregon, a woman was denied cancer treatment because of the cost. This is what will happen nationwide. Conservatives are for health care reform just not socialized medicine. I think the cash for clunkers shows how people respond to tax credits. Why not give people tax credits for healthcare? That along with tort reform should lower cost and give people help to pay for healthcare.

Emanuel's brother wrote a book OPPOSING euthanasia. He is widely considered a leading OPPONENT of state-assisted suicide. The right-wing pundits feeding you these lies conveniently leave that part out.

              http://www.charlierose.com/guest/view/6374

The current plan calls for reimbursement if people want end of life counseling. It's not mandatory. People are currently getting counseling on this matter, and aren't able to get reimbursed by the government. That's why even the AARP supports the end of life counseling provisions.

You're letting BS talking points cloud your judgement on this issue.

On the issue of giving tax credit for health care, how will that help with people who are denied coverage because of pre-existing conditions? What is a tax credit going to do to solve that problem?

Tort reform was offered up by Obama to the Republicans, and they rejected all overtures. Malpractice lawsuits also account for a very tiny percentage (I believe it is 0.4% of health expenses) of all medical spending.

I have read history. I am quiet well educated. Yes, the 19th and early 20th century progressives may have advocated eugenics, but when Hitler put those principles into action, they became off limits to any regime with the smallest pretension of legitimacy. Lynchings used to be common, town events with commemerative post cards sold, but no one would think of doing that now. We need health care reform. We have insurance companies making life and death decisions every day when they determine to cover this procedure over that one. You could spend a $1 million to keep an anacephalic baby alive until they turn 21, and there may very well be a miracle that allows scientists to grow or clone brain tissue, but until that happens, is it in the best interest of anyone to spend that money that way? Glenn has stated over and over again that he wants to determine who he helps, not the government. One can infer, that while he can afford to pay the money, I can not, and he would probably not want to help me, so his child would live and mine would die, and that is fair...to him. Glenn has this idea that people should be left to live whatever way they want and not to tell him what to do, the problem is, what I want may be in direct conflict to what he wants. We need rules to keep each of us in check. And since we all live in society together, we should all have equal access to the resources of society. If a poor person has no health insurance and they go to a hospital, it may not cost them anything, but it doesn't make their care free. We pay for it as a society. If we share resources, we have to make sure that everyone gets a chance at the share. That is freedom, not standing there and shouting "This is mine and you can't have it and you can't make me share it with anyone!"

You people obviously dont have a clue. You know emergency healthcare cant be denied due to inability to pay in the US? Thats how illegals get free healthcare. We never said we didnt want reform. We just dont want the government running healthcare. They couldnt even fund cash for clunkers properly. Medicare is broken. Social security is broken. The post office is going to shut down 100+ offices. Thats jobs lost. What you speak of is socialism. The idea of America was pure freedom. The founding fathers wanted to create a society where you could succeed based on how hard you worked. Not based on birth. Illegal aliens are able to be successful in this country and they arent even suppose to be here. How much more should you be successful having all the advantages this country offers. If you are poor you pay no income tax, you have kids you get a tax return even if you didnt pay, you have no money for college you get grants, you need food you get food stamps. What possible excuse can an adult have for not being successful?

What does the Post Office have to do with this? The Post Office is losing revenue because people pay bills and communicate more via the internet, thereby not using stamps and cutting their revenue. Are you aware that there are people in this country that are barely scraping by, but still making too much to qualify for food stamps and grants for college? My husband pays approximately $750 a month for our insurance through his work. We have had things denied and have recently had to start paying for lab tests and immunizations for our son, we have never had to pay for them before, yet without notice we just started getting $100 and $300 dollar bills. If we hadn't called the insurance company we would have never know our policy changed. To change someone's policy and not tell them until confronted about it.

Yes, anyone can go to the ER and get medical care and not have to pay, but it does go on your credit report if you default on a bill. So you do end up paying for it.

Gadsworth, I do have a clue, do you? Illegal immigrants are a small percentage of the poor, they are a small percentage of those seeking emergency medical care. Ironically, if they had stayed in their own country, they might not have worried about having to beg for health care, since we are the only industrialized country in the world without some kind of national health care or national insurance. If you took away all the work done by illegals, a lot of things would go undone, and that is the truth. Illegals pay more in taxes than they take out in services. Yes, maybe their children are educated in our schools, and maybe you are paying for it, but guess what, my children are out of school and I am still paying the same amount of property taxes to educate someone else's kids, that is part of the how society works. I also have to pay for police and fire services that I have never used. That is called "The Free Rider" problem, it's in Macroeconomics 101, did you ever take the class? I got an A. I see you plagarized part of your argument, wrong on several levels. Yes, the Post Office is shutting down offices, because of a decrease in the amount of services being offered. I am sure, as Federal workers, the affected workers will be offered early retirement for the qualified, and transfers for the remaining. That isn't really jobs lost, just shifted. The Cash for Clunkers program seems to be wildly successful, having gone through its projected budget in just a week. Ford is loving it, as it is the first time in 2 years their sales have increased! What's the problem with the program?

medicare functions well? lol thats priceless. Medicare costs more per capita than private insurance. Also why is it my responsibility to pay for your healthcare. Why cant you pay for your own? Why does the top tax group need to pay for everyones healthcare. Why cant everyone take responsibility for themselves. Don't give me this its my moral response line either. Did you know half the people in the country dont even pay income taxes? Yet they reap the benefits of the taxes I pay. For a community to work properly everyone needs to take responsibility for themselves and pull their own weight. In the united states however you are demonized for being successful. We have everything backwards in this country.

You already are paying for my healthcare and all of the rest of the folks who the insurance companies have determined are "uninsurable" because of pre-existing conditions. Any time an uninsured person goes to the hospital and cannot pay . . . you end up paying for it in increased health care costs. There is no reason why our health care system should be turned over to insurance companies whose real interest in health care is their bottom line. Insurance is the ultimate lottery. The only difference is that with the lottery, you pay money in the hopes that you will win more. With insurance you pay money to a company as a hedge on your bet that you aren't going to get sick.

Oh, and don't tell me I should take responsibility for myself. I live very frugally and very conservatively, I just happen to have two very expensive chronic health conditions. Insurance companies don't want me and the state risk pool insurance premiums are out of my reach.

Based on your posts here, I would say that you really need to turn off the television and radio because you are posting pure, unadulterated BS.

Healthcare should not be an ideological discussion. It's about common sense.

I think Glenn and the rest of the Right wing are getting their current talking points from "The Giver". For those who haven't read the book I suggest you check it out. It presents this society that appears to be paradise but is really the opposite of it. There is this theme that the people in power want you to believe their brand of Communism is good and it is the only way to live. There's even a point where old people are disposed of. They are gathered together and taken away for their final "bath". At which point they are never heard from again. The society depicted in the book appears to be the society that the right wing wants people to believe is coming.

Beck and Limbaugh must have a bet on who will make MMFA more often each day. Now it looks like Dobbs wants in on the action.

I have a feeling we'll be hearing a lot from Loony Lou today. Olbermann savaged the twit last night so completely that I'd bet Loony Lou is still foaming at the mouth this morning.

You mean the bath tub boy? The guy who couldnt get along with chris matthews during the dem convention? That guy. The guy who had Jeanine Garofalo charactize everyone who disagrees with obama as racists. The same guy who gets owned in the ratings every night from oreilly. The same guy who makes oreilly his worst person every day because he is jealous of his success. Yeah sounds like a guy i would trust.

You are aware that ratings do not equate to quality, right? "John & Kate plus 8" OWNS O'Reilly every time it's shown.

BTW, O'Reilly, like Olbermann, is an entertainer who makes a lot of money. O'Reilly and Fox are simply shown in more markets that MSNBC. Considering that MSNBC is not offered in many markets in their "basic cable" package as CNN and Fox are, they do very well.

I always wonder when someone starts bragging about O'Reilly's ratings . . . why? Does this man pay you to be his No. 1 fan and for your blind loyalty? Do you get special gifts? I mean, I watch programs because they interest me, inform me or entertain me. Overt loyalty? Not so much. These folks are PAID for the service they provide.

Caller to Laura Ingraham, this morning: "I have Lupus, which has left me blind in one eye. I'm the kind of person who would benefit from health care reform, and I am adamantly against this bill. You know why? Because I haven't even been able to find it anywhere. I've looked all over the place on the web. I can't find it, and if President Transparency isn't willing to show it to me, I'm not going to support it..."

Now, do you think Laura Ingraham let this caller know that the reason she couldn't find the bill is because it hasn't been written yet? If you do, you sure don't know Laura Ingraham.

Callers like this one are the No. 1 reason why health care is so slow in coming. Too many people are just happy to wallow in their own ignorance.

Another liberal nugget of knowledge. Their are several house bills out right now. They agreed to get it out of committee right before the break. The bill that just made it through committe can be found all over the web. The president cant write legislation. See he is in the executive branch. Legislation is written in the legislative branch. Back to basics with liberal ignorance.

Call names all you want, I'm sure it makes you look smart to your idiot friends, but the fact is that there is no "health care bill" to read- there are multiple bills being debated and edited and discussed. So when you and your moron tea-baggers demand that your Representatives "read the bill," what are you talking about?

Never mind, my IQ dropped five points just reading your first post. I don't need another blow from the ignorance mallet.

Beck is a purveyor of what is called The Big Lie. Say something false enough times, and it becomes "the truth."

Wasn't it Reagan that attempted a massive purge of tens of thousands of SSD recipients? Once again, Beck ignores the obvious parallel staring him uncomfortably in the face.

I wish people would state the facts and not lies. Natzism is something that is not in no way in comparison to what Obama is trying to do to reform health care. This country for years has had terrible health care coverage. Insurance companies telling you what they would cover and how much they will cover. People who work can not afford coverage for themselves and family most of time because insurance companies are greedy. I think if people live without health care and experience the trouble behind getting coverage and gettting treatment then you would see a different outcome. Natzi's hated on the elderly, young, weak, and strong of people who were not in their bloodline which they demmed was PURE!

He stumbles past the facts, and uses his child to guilt the masses. Does G-Beck make minimum wage? Talking to your own does nothing for awareness. Can words be a bad-fashion statement?

The employee is a direct reflection, of the employer. Cable news networks play the masses, and they believe it. The conservative percentage is scared, by what? They have money, and prefer to litigate, versus donate to a worthy cause. That is not resource optimization. Private business knows that, but Congress deals in excuses, stories, and lies.

      G-Beck bobble-head anyone?

Why is the right so infatuated with the Nazis as the knee-jerk analogy for EVERYTHING Obama and the Democrats do? Not only are these comparisons reactionary, they water down the meaning of what the Nazis did, which was KILL MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WITHOUT MERCY OR SHAME. In this case, the lack of shame belongs to the festering boils on the bum of the nation, like Glenn Beck, whose arsenal of thought is so empty they must invoke the Nazis to stir up sympathy for fear mongering born of a false sense of entitlement.
