"Isn't media matters a shill for the democrats and george soros?"
Media Matters for America is a Web-based, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) progressive research and information center dedicated to comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative misinformation in the U.S. media.
Funny; says nothin' about Soros or the Dems in that passage . . .
And how do they describe their job on their resume? Stooge or butt boy?
To that crowd, Thank you.
Thank you for proving that the rational republicans have lost control of their voters. Thank you for proving you are in fact controlled by radio hosts. Thank you for turning on your own party, and your own elected officals and making it that much harder for the GOP to ever recover and gain power back. Thank you, for all you've done and are continuing to do to ensure the rational majority of this country, both Republican and Democract, can not risk voting for your party due to your tactic. For all of this and all you are still going to do to hurt your cause the Democratic party Thank You. Your distraction and infighting with your own party will finally allow the Democrats to pass the social agenda that this country needs.
The fact is that progressives are not buying his snake oil, while conservatives can't get enough of it. The fact is that he's selling his product on a conservative network. The fact is that all this talk about socialism and fascism that Glenn facilitates becomes PART of the GOP platform.
If there was a viable third party out there, then I'd believe that Glenn was a legitimate bystander between the two parties, but most GOP congressmen and politicians are lathering themselves in the venom from the likes of Beck, Limbaugh, and Hannity.
Inglis at least gets part of the message--selling fear to listeners will not get the job done.
Glenn Beck is another police state loving pseudo-libertarian, who uses the rhetoric of libertarians to attack government programs and regulations aimed at improving society but remain mum on or openly supportive of government actions which really do violate peoples rights.
Anytime you say these people have an irrational of the government, I think you have to include the caveats. They like government, just not certain kinds of government.
"anytime you say these people have an irrational fear of the government."
WAY TO GO PROGRESSIVE!
